Beautiful views in a peaceful setting with plenty of wildlife to observe. Hosts Scott and Liz are super nice, and will help you any way they can. Their dogs and cats are adorable, and I guarantee you will miss them when you leave . Don't pass this one up if you're looking for a memorable stay.

This was a great place to stay on our family vacation! We have a 3 year old and he loved his loft room to sleep in and being able to play outside with kid-friendly toys. It was very quiet, peaceful, and a great place to hang out in between hiking and other adventures. The hosts were extremely kind, down to earth, and very responsive to anything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay to get a feel of mountain living…peaceful and relaxing come to mind in reminiscence of our week spent there. Probably more fitting for two adults, but our three preteens did enjoy it too!

Perfect little place to stay

We spent most of our time doing things in the area so this place is perfect to stay at for us. Owners are very nice people and the pets are cool too. Close to town and the mountains.

Mountain Views & Family Fun

We had such a great time at The Deer Shed! The house was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The kids loved the loft area. The mountain view was beautiful and made the whole trip even better. We really enjoyed our stay

Deershed Review

The Deershed was precisely as described and better. It provided a lovely haven for a much needed R&R-and the fun animals (dogs and a cat) were the ideal addition. Buffalo is a wonderful place and the Deershed complemented it perfectly.

Stunning location. I’d move right in. Beautiful view of the mountains, horses in the pasture, 2 sweet pups and cats greet you. This place is a slice of heaven. Very clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Great location. If you can’t tell, I very much enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
