"Swept Away," an exquisite and newly crafted luxury single-family residence boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This captivating abode offers unparalleled vistas of open water, complemented by a secluded pool, private dock, and an aura of opulence.
Distinguished by its panoramic views of the open ocean and its prime location for boating enthusiasts, this residence stands as a masterpiece amidst its peers. Aesthetic splendor radiates both inside and out, catering perfectly to families and multiple couples.
Designed with an unconfined layout, the kitchen, dining area, and living space seamlessly coalesce. Showcasing modern stainless-steel appliances, a convenient kitchen island, as well as TVs in every bedroom and the living room. The hall bathroom feature double sinks, while a full-sized washer and dryer located in the hallway.Adjoining the living space and kitchen is a balcony that overlooks the pool and the expansive open water, providing an idyllic spot to savor morning coffees or evening libations.
The primary suite is a haven of luxury, featuring a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The first guest room boasts two sets of bunk beds, one with two twins and the other with two doubles. Meanwhile, the second guest room is elegantly furnished with a queen-size bed.
The outside areas feature the private pool with hot tub and ample entertaining or lounging space. There are a few lounge chairs and some aderondiak chairs for seating. The dockspace is along the seawall on the open water side.
The property comes complete with linens, central air conditioning, a bait freezer, and a propane grill. Additionally, four kayaks, life jackets, and kayak bungee cords are at your disposal. There is a small jet ski dock available at $100 per week - guests who do not pay for it will not have access to it.
The property can hold up to 4 vehicles depending on size if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then up to 3 vehicles depenidng on size and 1 trailer. No RVs, campers or motor homes.
There is 65 feet of seawall to accommodate your boat. Fish cleaning station, water, 110 electric in the carport area.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer.
Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Owners are highly allergic to dogs. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
