DIRECT OCEANFRONT, fully updated, ground floor, single-family Home; 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. The home is all new and beautiful!! 50 feet of deepwater dockage with immediate access to the Ocean and Gulf and a gas dock right around the corner. Amazing views of the Atlantic and beyond. Now, with a pool just steps away from the ocean.
This carefree classic 'Keys' home is located in a very quiet, established neighborhood. There are no mobile homes, vacant lots, or trash of any kind anywhere near the home. Conveniently and centrally located with various food options, including the really good local fish market and restaurant within walking distance!
Sea Salt Escape has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 8. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you will need to cook your catch! There is a large covered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with a barbecue and plenty of seating for a crowd. The pool is just ten feet away from the ocean.
Dock up to a 40 ft boat out your back door; water is 7 feet deep at the dock at low tide. Boat rentals are available just 3 mins away. Fishermen, we have it all! Bait freezer, cleaning table, and a grill to cook your catch! And the green light brings the fish in at night.

Pool heat or chill is available for $200 per week. You are welcome to arrange this in

Such a beautiful home in the perfect location with the best views. House was very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the dock and pool. Perfect to watch boats and all kinds of sea life especially at night with the underwater light. Close to so many great restaurants and activities. Hope to return soon!

The view is amazing. We saw manatees, turtles and tarpon daily. Plenty of room for docking your boat and a great pool. We were very sad to leave and will look forward to coming back.

Owners were great, very responsive and helpful. House was as advertised and view is awesome. Dock fishing was a great time and easy for the kids. Our kids had a blast and were in tears when we had to leave.

Our stay was wonderful! The outside space is so beautiful and relaxing. Everything was just as pictured. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and fishing off the dock. The views are spectacular!

Love this house!
Great location and views. This is our favorite place to go when we go to Marathon. The pool is a great addition. House has everything you need!

Beautiful home
This home had everything we needed and made our vacation stress and worry free. Fished off the back dock all week long and was sad we had to leave.

Perfect
Great spot on the water with million dollar views! House was perfect for the family. Enjoyed the marine life right outside and the pool. Would certainly recommend staying here for a peaceful stay.

Wonderful experience
Everything about our stay was great. It was just like advertised. It was clean , spacious and well decorated.The pool and dock area were perfect. Great communication and absolutely no problems.Will stay again if we return to the Keys.

House was amazing!
This property was beautiful! Exactly as pictured and then some! Such an incredibly peaceful and relaxing vacation for my entire family! Great location and owners are extremely helpful and responsive!

Wonderful stay. You are literally on the water. Lots of space and still private from neighbors. Close to everything.

Lobster House
Had a wonderful time at the Lobster House. Weather was great, saw manatees and sea turtles. The tarpon were active at night by the light.

Great Location
Great spot for mini season. Convenient location to the Atlantic and Gulf. House is set up nicely. Hosts are very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.

Best vacation ever
We had the absolute best time. Property was fabulous. We chillaxed so much on the back porch and the pool. Only went inside to sleep. Location. Was great right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Absolutely gonna recommend to everyone

My husband grew up in the Keys on the water fishing and exploring. Our family has spent our vacations since and we've loved sharing this experience with our kids.

The moment we saw this property, we knew it was the one for us. I mean, the view!! And the marine life... our first time there, we saw french angelfish swimming at our feet and a pair of manatees visited. Since then we've watched tarpon and snapper frequent the dock, permits jumping in the flats right in front of the house, and the manatees have been regular visitors.
