It's also a 10 minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With it's contemporary decor, a brand new kitchen and plenty of space, this house is full of character and amenities.

Perfect for our family gathering

This was the perfect place for our family to stay and have dinner in the large dining room for my daughter’s college graduation. Location was close to everywhere we needed to be. And easy enough to find.

Family gathering

This house is a great property to gather with family. The big dining room and living room (and hello awesome porch) were great spaces to share meals and catch up. Seriously, close to EVERYTHING you need to visit in town! Quick drives, and nice walks to parks, restaurants, and night life. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. Didn't realize there was an upstairs we didn't have access to so occasionally people would be up there.

Great Location

We were in town due to a loved one’s hospitalization. This property is 3 blocks from Mayo Clinic and was perfect for our family! Clean, comfortable and good communication with the host. Would highly recommend this property!

The apartment was very nice and clean. It was extremely cold in the apartment and the heat stayed at 65 degrees. We communicated several times with the owner and he said he would turn up the heat remotely and never did. Unfortunately, there was a lock over the temperature control and we could not change it.

The house was amazing! We will be staying here every time we come to Eau Claire. The owners made check in and check out smooth and easy. The charm of the house and location made our stay even better.

Property manager responded accordingly to our questions. Beautiful restored home in a quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful for our sons who were recovering from surgery.

Absolute excellence!

Two cousins meeting halfway for two nights. . It was a splendid setting for good conversation in a beautiful environment. The home is remodeled, warm, and inviting. The neighborhood is gorgeous with many other historic homes. Only blocks from fun shopping and downtown. We are hoping to be back in the future! Thank you so much for providing this opportunity.

BEAUTIFUL!!

Pictures do not do this property justice. Very clean, comfortable beds and the living space is cozy big and beautiful. Communication with the host was great. Would defiantly rent again.

Hidden Gem of Eau Claire

This was the perfect spot for a little vacation in the heart of Eau Claire. Updated Kitchen, spacious rooms, great layout makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring all that Eau Claire has to offer.

Eau Claire Historic Gem

This property has a lot of history and was perfect for our needs. It was walking distance to downtown and parks and we were able to ride our bikes from the house to several very nice bike trails. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this house.

Clean and beautiful

We very much enjoyed the apartment and all the amenities! Lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. We played a game of croquet in the huge yard! I must say I wouldn’t mind someplace to sit outside, but the apartment was fantastic.
