Great spot in Eau Claire! We have three little kids and this house worked great for us. Very clean, very nicely decorated. Close to downtown but also in a relatively quiet neighborhood where it doesn’t feel like you’re that close to downtown! We will definitely stay here when we come back next time as long as it’s available!

It was a very nice place. Loved the historic part. The only thing I forgot to ask was bathrooms details. There were both upstairs with the bedrooms and had a person who had problems climbing stairs, but that was on me. Overall it was a very nice place

The character of this house is beautiful, and the updated kitchen is gorgeous. Our host was super responsive to all our questions. I wanted to add a couple of notes: the lighting in the dining room and living room is very dim. We had to move lamps into the dining room to see well enough to puzzle and play games. The other thing to note is all the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. We did not see that in the listing description. This impacted us because one person in our party has a mobility issue and going up and down for every bathroom break was kinda tough.

Reunion of college friends

3 couples stayed at the Ziehr Apartment. It was cozy, beautiful, and plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect; close to shops, restaurants, a park, and the Blue Ox Music festival. The host was great to work with, answered any questions in a timely fashion.
