Direct waterfront, private beach. Water views on 3 sides! Newly refreshed, one family has owned and cherished this home since 1957, and now are making it available for others to enjoy. Private beach in front of the house. Great room, including kitchen, large dining table, and 2 seating areas has 180 degree water views. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Very private! Huge deck. Lovely yard. Located in a unique area, only 9 houses in the little neighborhood. Water and marsh views both! MAX 4 PEOPLE Saturday to Saturday 1 Week Minimum

Lovely space, in and out

Such a beautiful and comfortable property, with lovely water views. Nan was a very responsive host and kindly allowed me extended check in and check out times, which gave me what felt like an entire extra day. I had a lovely time!

Beautiful view, great location for exploring the Cape!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Views of the bay and salt marsh surround you--so soothing. And the open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and great room were perfect for our short family winter get-away--playing board games, catching up in conversation, cooking breakfasts in the well-equipped kitchen. The location was great for exploring Sandwich (and stocking up at Tree House Brewery), seeing first night and the beach at Chatham, and getting terrific take out in Falmouth (Maison Villate for exquisite baked goods, Blue Fin for fresh sushi, and Devour for delicious chicken sandwiches). The owner was very easy to communicate with and was gracious enough to provide numerous suggestions for area stores and restaurants. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend, just what all of us needed as a break from the work-from-home routines most of us now have.

Special in every way!

Five-star is correct! This property is unique and wonderful. First, it's someone's much-loved home, and it felt like a home to us for a week. The linens are lovely and generous; the knives are sharp, the pantry is stocked, the furnishings are perfect. The water views on three sides are extraordinary; we will miss our views of the cove and the marsh. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded; a perfect refuge after a day in Chatham or at a friend's beach club in Brewster. Seafood, sweets and ice cream and groceries are a 5-10 minute drive away, We will be back; thanks, Nan for your hospitality!

Our Cape Cod stay

My wife and I celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and my 70th birthday celebration here for 10 days. The hosts were informative and quick to respond to all questions. The A/C wasn't quite right when we arrived but the repair person corrected the issue quickly. We were not used to a full-size bed (as opposed to a queen or a king), if there were anything I would have preferred it would be preferable to have a queen-size or a king. We did sleep comfortably. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. Every view out every window was award-winning. The kitchen was fully operational and fit all of our needs. We would return without hesitation.

Amazing water views!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This home is in an excellent location with wonderful water views, clean and up to date. We would definitely consider staying again in this property next time we are in the area. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful house in fantastic location

Had a wonderful week visiting Cape Cod for first time. House is in a wonderful location and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful sea views. Idle location to visit all Cape Cod and Islands of Marsha’s Vineyard and Nantucket and right by bridge to mainland if want to explore more. Owner Nancy is very helpful with quick responses and made booking very easy. Definitely the perfect house for a fantastic get away

Beautiful setting any time of year

Our family stayed here in the early spring, not during the typical summer season. Even during chilly days we were able to enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod's waterfront, with water views on all sides of the house. The kitchen is top notch and we enjoyed cooking several meals. A wonderful place to stay!

Fabulous waterfront haven

This is a fantastic place! We had a wonderful stay. The pictures give you a great idea of what it’s like. There are lots of windows so you feel bathed in light. We thoroughly enjoyed being surrounded by such fantastic water views and the sound of birds (and not much else, most of the time). Dawn over the salt marsh and sunset over the water were both spectacular. During our stay we experienced quite a lot of weather variation, including heavy rain, cold temperatures, and strong winds, (plus some sun!) and the house felt cozy and secure throughout. The heating and hot water work extremely well. The whole place is very well equipped, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. There’s even an Alexa if you want to play some music 😀. Like other renters, we went walking in Four Ponds (you can go quite a long way there if you double back around the paths), Little Bay and Monks Park, and then also Long Pond (fine but not as pretty as the others) and The Knob in Falmouth (which would be great but is is partially closed off as of March 2021 for restoration). The hosts were very welcoming and helpful (all via email/text) and made our whole stay very easy. We found ourselves really not wanting to leave at the end of our stay and already planning a return visit 😀

A perfect rest and recharge

Wonderfully open and bright in the large oceanfront living/dining area, new stainless kitchen appliances, fabulous rain shower in bathroom, and comfy bed. Check-in was done via phone and check-out via texting. Explore the nearby hiking trails in Pocasset - Four Ponds, Little Bay, and Monks Park. Sit inside and watch the seabirds, step outside and listen to the marsh wrens. Pictures and descriptions are accurate and everything was clean. Wonderful!

Beautiful getaway

We instantly felt at home in this inviting, loved space. Beautiful view from every window. Nancy and Charles were wonderful hosts and it felt more like we were family friends coming to stay rather than renters. We would love to come back sometime.

Loved it

The place is amazing. You have beautiful water views from every window, a big porch, and an airy living space. The beds are really comfortable. The large bed had a memory foam topper, and the smaller beds are memory foam (I only sat on the smaller beds to try them out, but they felt great). The kitchen is very well equipped. The host is lovely. Highly recommend.

Amazing location and home!

We rented this home over the Christmas holiday and we had an incredible time! We were looking for a cozy home with a view and all the day to day necessities since we planned on cooking all of our meals while we were there and this house was the perfect fit! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the decor and felt very "at home". The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the view at sunset was stunning. The hosts (Nancy and Bud) were so kind and responsive. They responded to any questions we had immediately and they were able to accommodate our request for a contact free check in. We had such an incredible time, we decided to stay an extra day! We highly recommend this rental to anyone interested and hope to return some day!
