Cozy and Rustic Barn Loft, 10 Minutes from downtown!

Set on the grounds of an active 3 acre urban farm you'll find goats, sheep, chickens, friendly farm dogs, cats and produce being raised.

The farm is just an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis.

The loft is cozy and clean with a rustic feel. The apartment is similar to an efficiency with an open concept kitchenette/bedroom, sofa chair, and a private full bathroom.

The kitchenette has a 4 burner range/oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils.

There are two loft apartments in the barn both using the same ground level entrance and stairway to the top where each apartment door is.

The farm stay pretty well booked up most nights so expect to see other guests around as well as us working around the farm.

Host Justin was fantastic and readily available for any questions. We loved the property and will definitely stay there again. We have 2 dogs that were very happy to have tons of room to play outside. This location is very close to any food types you desire and shopping galore. Thank you Justin for being an A Host

Great Getaway

Really cool urban farm. We really enjoyed are stay. A nice departure that’s quite different than your average motel. Laid out nicely for quests of all ages.

Hidden Gem

My wife and I had to come in town for our jobs for the week. We had never stayed in anything but a hotel previously. Between the location, cost, and perfect privacy this place was awesome! Very detailed instructions on how to get in and what to do during our stay and what to do prior to checking out was extremely helpful. We absolutely loved this place. We can’t wait to stay again!

Cute Working Farm

The property is amazingly well kept and inviting. The working farm was a very cool addition. I wasn't expecting the nice green houses and vegetable garden on the property. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall great place. Little hidden oasis in a city.

If you’re tired of striking out with all of the value level hotels in Indy, this is your spot!!! And I only mention value, because I know that is largely why you stopped on this listing. But the Urban Farm is so much more than their incredibly affordable rates!! There’s goats, lambs, sheep, chickens, dogs, and the sweetest black cats…the vegetable garden is nothing short of a work of art. The farm also has several large areas of wildflowers, but only a small number of them were blooming during my visit in early June, so I’m excited to see the blooms in July! I stayed in barn loft one on this stay, but plan to stay in barn loft 2 in the future because of it’s deck and hot tub!! My room was in great condition and very clean and I won’t stay anywhere else in Indianapolis ever again—so, save me some space Justin!! Enough about the farm…I was in town for work and my daily commute to downtown Indianapolis was NEVER more than 15 minutes from the farm!! And I NEVER had to get on the highway to get to or from downtown. There are literally only three turns in between the farm’s driveway and Lucas Oil Stadium!! Business, pleasure, or retreat, this is your sign to hit the book now button!!! But seriously, if you’re allergic to camp fires, dust, dander, grass, pollen, ragweed, dogs, or cats; take your sniffling, sneezing, crotchety butt to the Westin!! PS, the farm fresh eggs and vegetables are available for purchase!! 🧑‍🌾❤️
