Comfortably decorated three-bedroom, two-bath with newer furniture and bedding. Quick access to highway 95. Located just minutes from the lake, downtown, Walmart, movie theaters and the amazing London Bridge. Plenty of parking for your RV(s) and toys. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Brand new heated pool and walls for privacy. All New Built in BBQ, Over 50 of Granite CounterTop space for the ultimate in entertaining. Putting Green, Horseshoe Throwing Pit, Turf Area for Games. New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard. New water softener, new R/O System, central A/C, relaxing heated pool. This is your home away from home. Additional cost to heat the pool. Easy on and off pool cover will reduce propane costs. Details for heating the pool will be provided as requested.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, large dresser, ceiling fan, and walk-in shower.

2nd bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, night stand, dresser, and full closet.

3rd bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, night stand, dresser, and full closet.

Living Room has Satellite TV, sectional with chaise, end table, and large ottoman.

Kitchen/Dining includes all of your dishes, cups, wine glasses, utensils, knives, plasticware, pots/pans, crockpot, blender, electric can opener, and baking needs. Electric range cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and coffee maker.

Loved the backyard pool area, lots of games to play to keep kids entertained. Don was easy to get a hold of. We had a very nice stay there.

Great stay

The check in process was perfect. Great family stay and the master bedroom bed is so comfortable. The backyard was like being at an Oasis.

Perfect home away from home!

We had a great stay. This house was fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The pool was great - our grandkids loved it. We hope to return!

Great time at Don’s

Property is as advertised and close to everything you’d really want to do. The back yard pool area is relaxing enough and one day we just hung out there! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Lake Havasu City! One of the things we appreciated most was being able to bring our dogs along — it made the trip so much more enjoyable for our family. The house itself was exceptionally clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel comfortable.The backyard was absolutely lovely and truly one of the highlights of our stay. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable space to spend time in. We also can’t say enough good things about the host — they were very gracious, easy to communicate with, and always available if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City!

Great Place

This property is outstanding. We have stayed there twice now and loved every minute of both trips. The location is good, the backyard is amazing, and the house has everything you need.

Great stay in Lake Havasu

We stayed at this property for three nights and had a wonderful time. Don, the host, is outstanding and responded to our requests right away! The pool and backyard were amazing and we spent a lot of our time outdoors. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great house, great backyard, great host

Quiet neighborhood, tons of room for boat parking right next to house, spacious backyard, would definitely recommend, and I look forward to booking this again in future.

The stay at Don’s home was awesome. The house was very clean and the check in was easy. The backyard and pool are beautiful. Don had everything we needed for cooking and barbecuing also. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks Don.

Beautiful Home

This property is everything and more than advertised. We totally enjoyed our stay there and it is minutes away from the star park boat ramp. The pool and backyard are wonderful

If you are looking for a modern and a quite place to stay, this is it!

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Great backyard and a fantastic heated pool. Don is a great and an easy going host who was always available to answer any questions we had. Will definitely come back again!
