Stayed here with my husband, teenage son and my parents. We had a great time playing the games. We enjoyed pickleball everyday of our stay. The view from the property was a nice surprise too. We will definitely stay again!

Great property with tons of fun games and a great backyard. Just was incredibly helpful and responsive. Tons of room for kids to play and have fun and adults to get some space for hanging out as well.

We are in a desert where we rarely get rain and you happen to stay there on a day we go the most rain in 50 years. More rain in 3-4 hours than we typically get in a year. Although this affected many states as it came from hurricane Rachel. It was a momentary issue

10/10 — Absolutely Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. We had 16 people in our group, and there was still plenty of room for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a large group. The only recommendation I have is make sure to bring ice chests for a large group like this. 1 refrigerator was not enough. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Loved our stay! This home is a perfect spot for families, so much to do when you’re not spending time on the lake. Very clean and fun and thoughtful on decor and things needed for your stay. Close to town and great views of the lake. The outdoor and indoor recreational options are perfect! This was our first visit to Lake Havasu and we had such a wonderful time, we will without a doubt be returning and staying at this fabulous getaway home again! Thank you!

This place is amazing. Our kids had so much playing all the different games that are offered at this property. It was a great place to get away and spend quality time together as a family. If we ever travel back to the area, we will be looking to book here again. Thank you so much for offering such a great rental property.

David, We loved everything about your house. It was perfect for our family of 9 who loved all the activities, pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Great location to the London Bridge area yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Host is responsive. Can sleep a lot of people, but it was only my wife, me, and my dog. Perfect spot if you want some quiet relaxing time. We didn’t even go to the lake. Just laid around the house and enjoyed the backyard. We’ll be back.

Let me start by saying David is a wonderful host. With anything that arose, he was right there. Quick to respond and remedy any needs or issues. The properties he manages are so beautiful and all inclusive. With all the amenities and games, there's no need to leave, except for when you're going to play at the lake. We look forward to our next Lake Havasu adventures with David as our host. Thank you for everything you did for us.

I picked the house mainly because I knew the kids would love the pool, the ping-pong table, and all of the different games in the house. I was right. They love the bunk beds in the game room and we actually have a whole family of six sleep in there. (two adults and four kids).. We had so much room that we actually didn’t use one of the rooms with the two beds.. is definitely spacious. The living room is huge and a great area for all the hang out, but the backyard is definitely the best feature. I would say 10 out of 10 if you’re going to havasu and you want to be near the lake, it’s a short driveway. I would definitely book this house again for you to decide to go next summer.

The Desert Oasis was wonderful! There wasn’t anything lacking !! The pool and hot tub were spotless. The outdoor games and lighting were very nice, as well as the game room inside .. The house was very clean as well as all the furniture and were comfortable..Very easy communications with the host and check in was simple.. we would recommend this for a fun family get together..

We come to Havasu every year for the past 5 years and this had the cleanest pool and hot tub. The home was great for our group of 11 people. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great with off road vehicle options right behind the property. The amount of activities on property were amazing. The only thing we would recommend is more silverware for larger groups and large size cookware for larger groups. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was clean and nice upon our arrival. Overall appearnce is great. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and everything. Television sets everywhere! The pool and spa worked great. No complaints. The owner was easy to deal with. We will rent it again when we come back.

The neighborhood was great as were the views. The house was nice , clean and organized. But renting this house is all about the games...a play palace for sure. Having a pickle ball court was great ,,, and we played everything that was there, so much fun! We plan to go back!

What a beautiful home! We were four adults, a teen, and three Littles. Everyone had their own bed and there is so much to do we lost interest in leaving the house. The kids played games while the adults were able to sit and chat in lovely spaces. The only problem with our stay is it wasn't long enough! We'll be back in the spring, for sure!

Highly recommend ! We were worried about sleeping accommodations since we were a large group of 15(10 adults-5 children) everyone fit perfectly. The game room was the hit for the kids. The outside lounge area was very well laid out and had everything available ( we did have to search for pool chalk, but found it with the pool towels) …. Only negative thing I would say is the neighbor( to the right) kept coming outside and watching us. But over all we loved our stay!

The property is beyond incredible!!!! Check in process was seamless!! I would have given it 5 stars if we were able to use the pool like we intended. Unfortunately there was an issue with a substantial amount of maggots on the basketball court and inside the pool. My family was able to use the basketball court with caution. However due to the maggots inside the pool we weren’t able to utilize it. The only other issue was the owner never communicated with me that he would have people come to the property. I was startled when 2 ppl entered through the rear of the property as my husband and I were relaxing. A courtesy message would have gone a long way. Especially because it is unsafe for unknown people to enter a property unannounced. Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the property was clean! The amenities inside were awesome! The view was beautiful! The property is extremely family friendly!

The maggots were from what you had in the backyard garbage can. We can’t control fly’s laying their eggs in your food waste. Also it states with in our listing that pool cleaners will come through side gate at least once a week.
