Nashville vacation

Great place to stay. Clean quiet at night. Walking distance to lots of fun places. Will stay there again.

Great place, Great location

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend. The property was exceptionally clean and had all the comforts of home. Its location was perfect to get to downtown in just a few minutes. We were minutes from several restaurants and felt very safe when walking out about near the property. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very responsive

The place was great. There’s 2 double beds in one room and a queen in the other room. Close to Midtown and Gulch area. Short $8 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway! Owner was very accommodating and delivered dishwasher soap when we were out!

Nice stay - close to Belmont University

We were in town for our daughter’s orientation at Belmont University. Location is just a few blocks from BU and Vandy. Unit was clean and comfortable. Lots of towels! Beds were comfortable. Good place to relax between various events. Parking is very convenient. While we did not use the kitchen, we did not that it was very well stocked. Hope to stay here again on our return trips to Nashville.

The communication was great when it came to arranging an early check‑in and letting us know we could reach out if we needed anything. However, what was not communicated is that the place is directly up against a construction zone. It was incredibly loud starting every morning at 6:30 A.M. and continuing until roughly 7–7:30 P.M. You truly couldn’t enjoy a moment of silence between the construction and the street noise.Had the property management company simply conveyed that we might experience a high volume of early‑morning noise, we wouldn’t have been nearly as frustrated. But who wants to spend that kind of money to visit Nashville, enjoy later evenings, and then be woken up by a skill saw right outside the window at 6:30 A.M.?In addition, the bed frame in the bedroom with the king bed was extremely squeaky—likely due to poor quality—and it made a loud screech every time you moved.

Nashville Perfection

This place was awesome! It was close to every part of Nashville we wanted to go to, decorated perfectly, and overall a nice house. The company Urban Nashville was great with communication and direction. I would definitely recommend this company and house!
