This fully remodeled 1930's bungalow is less than 10 mins from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville! Abby Gordon designs from floor to ceiling. This is the perfect place for a memorable visit to Nashville.
This house has been a total labor of love for the last 9 months as we've worked over every inch of the space to restore it to glory! Most of the house is brand new, while leaving original features wherever possible, like the pocket doors and fireplaces as well as the bead board ceiling in the back room.
Abby Gordon, known for her simple and elegant style, was commissioned to do all of the interiors and what a job she did! We are confident you will want to extend your visit as soon as you spend a night in this beautiful space.

The Peachtree House is a charming home in an ideal location for visiting Nashville. Everything was extremely clean, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and quality linens and towels. Neal was a gracious host who responded quickly whenever we had questions. While there are many great restaurants in the area, we particularly loved Primitive Coffee and The Bee Ice Cream, both just a short walk away. We would highly recommend staying at The Peachtree House when visiting Nashville!

Our stay was great. My only feedback would be that the futon bed is very hard and a foam topper would make it more comfortable for the one not in the beds. Thanks!

Absolutely charming and cozy! Everything was clean and ready for us to settle in. The host checked in to make sure we were great without being obtrusive! I will definitely save this listing for future stays in Nashville!

Excellent location. Felt very safe. It was conveniently located to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. The house was beautifully decorated - loved all the wood. The beds were very comfortable and the back yard parking was a bonus. Loved the door locks! Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Would book Peachtree House again for our next visit without hesitation.

A great place to find peace in the midst of a busy visit

The house was very comfortable and perfect for one or 5! The details and old architecture really has ben maintained very well.

Cute and convenient stay in Nashville
Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Great location on the outskirts of Nashville
Cozy home a quick uber from downtown Nashville. Easy communication with host and well cleaned!

Comfortable stay
We are a family of five with little kids stayed in the house for a week. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is very cute and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located within 10 min drive to the airport and the center of the city.

Very nice
Beautiful house with plenty of space for the family. Convenient location outside of city with short drive to reach many destinations.

There was no place to put your shampoo etc while showering and dish towels in the kitchen otherwise it was good. Thank you!

Relaxing stay
I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. My family and I loved this beautiful little bungalow and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location was good with a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to many attractions. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We will never forget the memories we made here. I absolutely recommend and would love to go back someday.

Green Day concert
We stayed in this property for my teen daughter’s first concert. This house is super accessible to downtown and everything in between. I wouldn’t walk far from the property but we were able to drive/park downtown with ease. Neal was extremely helpful and a great host.
