Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Napili Point C21 is one of the best locations to enjoy Maui's splendid weather and the beautiful nearby beaches. Enjoy direct ocean views from the comfort of your lanai. Within a few minutes walk, is one of our favorite sandy beaches at Napili Bay, which provides great snorkeling and swimming.
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! Everything was amazing. Unfortunately the only drawback was the toilets. They are so very low to the ground. I would recommend the owners upgrading the bathroom toilet to a standard size. The location was 100% perfect to be able to view turtles every single morning swim with them and watch them in the evening was amazing. We were traveling with two other families and our unit handled everyone for dinner at night with plenty dishes, utensils & bowls, this place came equipped with everything. I highly recommend unit Napili Point unit 21C

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and being able to look out on the cove from the lanai was incredible. We snorkeled almost every day to get a close up view of all the turtles living just outside our unit. Highly recommend if looking for a place in the Napali area.

Wonderful, quiet location! The view is what makes this spot special. We walked every day to the sandy beaches at Napili or Kapalua Cove. Condo is in good condition; has everything you need. AC was great on sunny days. Host communicated well and we were very happy with our stay. Will come again!

This property was perfect for a family of 5. I thought the other reviews that mentioned being able to see sea turtles from your balcony in Honokeana Bay was maybe an exaggeration. It wasn't. We saw multiple sea turtles popping up pretty much every time we were on our balcony. There is a rocky path to get to Napili Beach along the water, but just walking the half-block along the street to the public entrance was much easier. One morning snorkeling along the rocks in Honokeana Bay opposite our balcony, I swam past more sea turtles than I could count. It's an easy drive to all the other West Maui beaches, restaurants, and sights. Besides Napili, Fleming Beach was our favorite. The unit itself is very nice, and we never felt crowded in it. The washer/dryer in the unit was very nice to have.

Great place

Great condo. Super nice to have boogie boards, chairs and a cooler at the condo. The view is incredible. Must snorkel in the cove, we saw 20+ turtles.

Location, location, location. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning. The property is well maintained and in a quiet area on the islands. I love Napili and Kapalua area for hiking, rock, jumping and lovely restaurants.The only negative I would say about the property is the pools are basic and could use more landscaping and shade, however the views of the ocean are stunning.

Amazing view!

My friends and I have stayed in C21 at Napili Point several times, and this unit is always a treat. The view from the lanai, and from the upstairs bedroom, is amazing. I love to sit on the lanai and watch the sea turtles! The unit has everything you need for a relaxing stay at Napili Point!

AMAZING location

I don't know how you can get a more perfect location than being steps away from snorkeling with turtles. The interior of the unit is modern with everything you need to enjoy your time on Maui, including AC. The beds were comfortable and perfect setup for our family of 4. Ample parking and no other issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

My favorite Hawaiian spot

Love this complex. Literally step outside and swim with 8 to 10 turtles within 20 minutes. Great location away from the hustle with Everything you could possibly need right there.

My favorite vacation location

Wonderful location and view. Easy grocery shopping and convenient restaurants. Not too easy to get to a beach with any parking available. Unit was well equipped and quiet. Wished there was an more adjustable arrival and departure time window rather than exact time you had to arrive and depart.
