Welcome to Sunset Pointe at Margaritaville, we are located in the private Estates section of the Margaritaville resort area. Once you step into our home it will be easy to experience a "New State of Mind". Experience breathtaking 180 degree views of the lake from the large living room and multiple private decks. Our home is spacious and offers oversized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people in comfortable beds. Each bedroom suite has a private bathroom, sitting area and private deck offering breathtaking lake views, perfect for your morning coffee or ending the day with a glass of wine.
Our home is designed to accommodate large groups and families with an open concept living room and dining room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare meals and entertain. There is a grill and ample seating to enjoy meals on the deck while enjoying our famous lake sunsets.
This home is located in the center of the action in Osage Beach and in the heart of the Margaritaville resort. While staying at our home you have access to the private Estates pools from May through September and can also access many of the resort pools and amenities based on the resort guidelines that they have in place. The resort offers several restaurants, the Landshark Bar with outdoor pool and beach area, miniature golf, horseback riding, indoor waterpark, arcade, bowling alley and a pub with pool tables. There also is a spa, outdoor tennis and basketball courts. If you are a golfer you will be in Paradise as you are minutes from a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship golf course.
Our home is located within 10 minutes of all major shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas. Brose through in house magazine and guidebook to organize your leisure activities.
If you are bringing a boat there is a designated unloading area at the Main entrance of the resort and you can reserve space in the Marina during your stay. The marina also offers boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals.
You'll have 3 designated parking spots and additional parking is available at designated resort lots.

Perfect spot to relax in the off season. Irma and Richard go above and beyond to make you feel like family. From the handmade gift to snacks and amazing coffee, they think of everything, I can honestly say I have never rented from anyone this thoughtful and kind. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great host!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our friend vacation. We loved the deck space the most and was where we spent most of our time. The host had a lot of little touches that made it special. We had one issues but the host was easy to get ahold of took care of it right away for us! The key pad on the door was difficult to use but overall we had a great experience and lovely time!

Peaceful with a beautiful view

Loved this cottage! We had two full families stay here with extra room to spare. The beds were very comfortable and there were tons of games for the kids! The view was breathtaking and my favorite spot was coffee on the deck every morning and watching the sunset. The hosts were great and very responsive and left us super thoughtful gifts! Definitely would stay here again!

The host cares more about business than the safety of her guests

Reviews are glowing, house is beautiful. BUT hear me out. 7 of my friends we went out to dinner, we had all one drink at dinner and came back and was approached by a girl with a dog asking to sleep in our basement, she said her husband and her got into an argument she was shaken up, we asked if she wanted us to call the cops she said no and left. We called, I called Irma to let her know the situation since police were being dispatched to her house. While waiting for the police, we heard someone at the door trying to get in. We hid in a room, I asked Irma to start recording on her doorbell camera which she did not do. We called the police again to let them know even though they were dispatched. All of us were panicked, was it the girls husband or the girl? Are we safe? Richard said “that sounds like it was a distraction” the girl said that she lived in the neighboring house for a few months, Irma told me on the phone they have no long term neighbors. She admitted that the entire experience is not right yet. She told us our feelings were invalid how would we know she was going to hurt us? how would we NOT know that she or her husband would hurt us? The police didnt find her, we did not feel safe in the house. We went to a hotel for the night. ON A RECORDED LINE IRMA SAID IN A WHINY VOICE “YOURE BEING DRAMATIC” when we mentioned me having a full anxiety attack. HOW DARE anyone mock mental health issues. Was this a one off deal? Sure maybe but who knows if it will happen again?

Fun visit with great lakeside views.

Could not be any closer to the lake unless you were swimming. Great separation of the large bedrooms. The coffee, wine and tea gifts were unexpected and enjoyed. Irma and Richard were available and helpful hosts.

Beautiful Place

We stayed at the property to celebrate my sisters upcoming wedding. The hosts went above and beyond to welcome us into their property. We enjoyed the amazing views from the deck, beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped.

Relaxing family stay with a view

Irma is a very attentive owner and exceptionally prompt and helpful with her communication. When we had some initial trouble with the combination lock, she was immediately accessible via text to open the door remotely and reset the combination. The large deck with patio table and hot tub were the highlight of our time, even with rainy days. We all just needed some restful downtime and this space allowed for that. The AC in the master bedroom wasn’t as efficient as it could be, but some fans were already provided and certainly helped keep the temperature manageable. Irma and Richard take pride in caring for this property and keeping it a welcoming space.

Home 🏠 s on a beautiful bluff, overlooking the lake, gorgeous location. Large deck with hot tub, very enjoyable. House is very clean, all 5 beds and pillows very comfortable. Close to Margaritaville and all of its amenities. Check out a cave or 2 while you are here. Lots of fun and educational!

Spring break at the lake.

We has a peaceful and relaxing time. Close to great hiking parks. Drinking coffee on the deck is amazing. The property is very clean. The family was engrossed in the video game table playing games from the 80's. Perfect few days to getaway without the summer crowds.

5 star experience!

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway to escape the stress of the daily grind. This property was fantastic! We loved watching the boats and listening to the waves. The view from the deck was very scenic. There are several other houses around but we still felt like we had a very private retreat! It was just the two of us, but there is so much room for alot of people! . I was especially impressed with the communication from the property owner. Irma went out of her way to make us feel, not only welcome, but special as well. She was available for any needs and kept in touch to make sure we were all good. Definitely V. I. P service! We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience!

The owners went above & beyond for us! They were prompt and friendly. The house was very clean & cozy. The deck & main room was our favorite part!! A view of the water in the hot tub + old school video game machine made for the best rained in weekend with 2 young kiddos. Plenty of space to not be “bothered” with the location of the bedrooms & bathrooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
