Walking distance to the square and beach if you do not want to pay for parking. House is clean. Laundry room. Pool is great! I appreciated the outdoor rear patio with the television, that is where we spent most of our time. It’s about a 15 - 20 minute drive to Sanibel Beach, which is beautiful along with Ft. Myers Beach itself. If you need anything, all you do is text and they will help you. Very good communication. T.V.’s for every family member in their rooms.The only downfall, is they do not accept animals, dogs. Great Stay, beautiful home!

Truly the best vacation rental home I have stayed in! The home was exactly as described, location is ideal for walking to beach and all the Times Square area has to offer on FMB. Everything is very clean and comfortable inside the home and on the grounds. Truly cannot wait to book again in the future!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Responsiveness of host was immediate when we had an issue with the front door. Very clean. Very updated. Very cozy. Beds are a dream. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances.

Great location and easy walk to beach and restaurants

The location was great and plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax after a long day at the beach. Short walk to the beach and easy walk down to Margaritaville, Time Square and numerous restaurants. House was clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location is great! Right in mix but not loud with traffic noise. Great use of space and pool is fantastic to have. The beach is a quick walk. Only draw back is uncomfortable beds. My husband, son and I stayed in the room with 2 queen beds while other family members stayed in master bedroom. If the place had better mattresses it woukd be a 5 star rating.

What a great property!

This house was perfect for two couples! We had such a great time utilizing the out door space/pool. Everything was perfect, no issues at all!

Our initial rental house was unavailable when we arrived. The orginal host thought we were coming the following day despite several confimations. Vrbo put us up in a hotel for the night while we made arrangements to stay at another house. The house we finally were able to book was very nice and the hosts was very accommodating. The location was close to the center of town but far enough away to avoide noise and traffic.The only negative for me was the ground around the pool and in the pool. The surface is very rough which is good for keeping anyone from slipping. However, I have neuropothy in both feet and the surface was painful for me to walk on. Most people would have no problem, however.

Exactly as described

The house was well maintained, the location was excellent, (quiet street and close to the beach), and pool area was great for swimming and outdoor dining. Kelley was extremely responsive for the questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best annual 4th of July vacations me and family have had!!

The property was perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach. The farmhouse had everything we needed from dishes to towels to beach towels to games for the beach, chairs and umbrellas (which saved a fortune in having to rent them daily), outdoor grille, two commercial size washers and dryers, pool, smart TVs…the list goes on and on! Kelley, the owner, took care of everything!! Five star rental!!!!!

Family Farmhouse Fun

Great stay at a beautifully decorated home inside and out with attention to details. Plenty of room for our family of 6, adults and older teens, to spend time together or spread out. Nice covered pool area and additional patio for lounging. Super comfortable beds, linens and fluffy towels. Thoroughly enjoyed cooking on the outdoor griddle — perfect for seafood. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk with full-size wagon for provided beach loungers and cooler. Quiet street but very close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely visit again.

This bungalow is a total GEM! Very special as there are no longer many of them this close to the beach ! It's so beautifully curated, you will never get homesick! We love having a full kitchen and laundry when traveling with kids, it is a game changer vs being stuck in a resort room! Air fryer was a bonus too!!! Overlooking the pool at night through the kitchen/living area is ! We also enjoyed having the alternative space (the screened in porch) to let the kids enjoy during times we didn't want to monitor them around the water. We also had some cute game sessions with all the fun board games! Just a peaceful little walk to a gorgeous beach.... cozy, cool and dark bedrooms. Need I mention curb appeal! Stay here!!! Thanks Kelly!

Great location, host and property

Kelley is a great host, friendly and very quick to reply to all questions and all her recommendations are brilliant. The propert is clean, cozy (without feeling small), well equipped and in a great location. Couldn't recommend Kelley and The Luxury Coastal Farmhouse enough.

Great location, super cute and cozy home

My family enjoyed our stay! We felt at home and comfortable right away. My kids LOVED the pool and the beach is just a quick walk away! Loved having the chairs, wagon etc for use at the beach. Kelley was very helpful and answered promptly with questions we had.

Couldn’t ask for better!!!

Kelley was THE BEST host!!! She’s incredibly helpful, answers quickly and very kind and thoughtful. It shows in her home! She’s paid a lot of attention to detail, which made our stay very comfortable, seamless and a lot of fun!!! The location is fabulous, being a very short walk to the beach and our kids LOVED coming back to the house to swim and hang out!!! We highly recommend this rental!!

Such an enjoyable stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location! All of the little thoughts and details that they have incorporated really made the stay extra special- the noise machines in the bedrooms, keurig Kpods, and fluffy bath towels and numerous beach towels available just to name a few! Kelley was quick to respond and willing to answer any questions and help accommodate anything we needed. We will definitely be booking this location again in the future :)

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Man merkt, dass die Vermieterin hier selber Urlaub mit der Familie macht - es fehlt exakt überhaupt nichts! An jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Man kann sofort in den Urlaub starten, ohne erst mal das Haus auszustatten. Danke, Kelley! Wir werden versuchen wiederzukommen!

Beautiful home with every amenity!

From the moment we pulled up we knew this home would exceed our expectations. It was easy to relax as this felt like a home away from home. We didn’t go out to eat once because the kitchen included everything we needed to make great meals (spices, oils, utensils, and appliances). We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee while the kids played in the pool. We also enjoyed winding down after a long day at the beach (less than 5 min walking distance) on the outdoor patios watching a show or listening to music. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and made sleeping in a treat! The double washer/dryer set up was amazing for our family of 4. We could have packed a lot less! We absolutely recommend this home. It is stunning and will make you want to never leave! Thanks so much for the memories!

Great experience! Go through the house and check out all the little amenities before heading to the store! chances are it’s there! Great communication, amazing location, short walk to the beach and downtown!! Will definitely stay here again

The perfect home in a perfect location

Kelley was amazing to work with from the min we booked the home. She responded almost immediately when I reached out for anything! The home was immaculate when we got there and it was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay! We enjoyed the location being so close to some main attractions and super close to beach access as well! The beds in this home were super comfortable and we all slept great the entire week we were there! The pool was super clean and nice and warm considering the low temps we had during our stay! We could not be more pleased with the home/location/communication with the owner! Definitely five stars from us and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to many of our friends!! Thanks for everything Kelley, we had a very enjoyable week long stay!

Property was extremely clean, modern, and in a perfect location to enjoy Fort Myers Beach. Communication with the host was excellent when we had questions.
