Seashell Cottages/JK Rentals - The Morgan Unit with 1 QB & Futon

This property is known as JK Rentals. It has 3 units that are attached to one another consisting of 3 two bedroom /1 bath units each sleeping 6 people. We are located less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, Pier, Amusement Park, shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and walk to everything! The property has a shared green space in the back with a share gas grill as well as covered sitting areas along 2 of the 3 units as well as a front-street facing patio with table and chairs perfect for people watching! Each unit has 1 parking spot included in your reservation. If you are in need of additional parking spots, we can accommodate you for a nominal fee at our Seashell Cottages property if we have the space. Please ask! We have a beautiful opportunity for multiple friend and family groups to come vacation together yet have your own separate space for relaxation.
This unit, known as the Morgan, is named after our youngest child. Make sure you look at all 3 of our units to pick your favorite one, or book more than one to accommodate large families or groups.
The Morgan is an immaculate 2 bed, 1 bath unit, and seconds to everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. The amusement park and beach are only a 3-5 minute walk. This unit has 1 parking spot included, a gas grill that is shared with 2 other units, and picnic tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortably. Linens will be provided for all beds including pillows, blankets, and sheets. We also will be providing shower towels. Please bring beach towels. The bathroom has a convenient walk in shower. We will also be including a beach caddy on wheels for easy carrying of your beach items to take to the beach with you.
This also has a great front covered porch to sit on and relax! Enjoy your morning coffee right there! People watching is always fun from your porch. 
The futon in this unit does pull out for extra sleeping space and we provide bedding for that as well.
This unit is so close to the center you can see Lisa's Pizza from the front steps!!!
You will find the unit clean and comfortable. Included in your unit are the following items, dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, dish towels for drying, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shower towels, makeup remover pads, hair dryer, iron and board, and a coffee pot with filters. 
Amazing location! The only thing to do is have fun!
