Great place in a perfect location! Dan and Tammy provided ample linens which was greatly appreciated. There is a washer and dryer on site which is easy to access. There was clear information about the condo info on the fridge. We're planning to book again next year.

Location! Location!

Very comfortable, close to beach access, clean & quiet, great neighbors. Very short walk to all the fun, games and food. Also great home base for traveling any sites in the area !!!!!!!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Old Orchard Beach

We had a great time staying at this beach condo steps from Old Orchard Beach and within walking distance of the Pier and all the downtown attractions. Nice ocean breeze and views of the beach and sounds of the waves. Communications with owners were always prompt and unit has everything you need for a great beach vacation including beautiful deck overlooking the water!

The property is well-equipped, spacious, with parking for two cars (a luxury in OOB. It's a short walk to many of the restaurants, shops, and taverns.

Perfect spot

Wonderful condo. Clean, cute and the location is perfect. Owners were easy to work with. Will rent again, if possible. We loved our stay.

Beautiful time

Great location

What a great week! The condo was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a 1 minute walk to the beach and only a few minutes to get downtown. The neighbors were great and so friendly.

Great beach getaway

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Steps to the beach and close to the pier. Everything you need is in walking distance. Neighbors were friendly too.

Great location!!

Very short walk to downtown and beach. Everything you could ask for in a condo on the beach. Neighbors were very friendly and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Will be booking again!!

A great location

We have stayed here in the past. Perfect location just steps to beach and a short walk to center of town. Condo had everything we needed. Love that shower is separate from bathroom.

Annual OOB trip

We love this place and hope to come back next year. It's our 2nd year renting this place. The location cannot be beat. The deck is perfect for morning coffee or family dinner. Steps from the beach. The neighbors are also super nice. Owner is super helpful with the check-in. All was perfect again.

Perfect beach condo!!

I've been visiting Old Orchard Beach for over 25 years and this property was one of my favorites to stay in! It's the perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. You're only a minute walk from the beach and about a 5-7 minute walk to the pier. I highly recommend renting this condo!

Perfect spot

The condo is clean and perfectly equipped, this is our second year staying here. It’s great for 5 of us. Ocean views from the porch and the sea air coming through the windows. The garage is a great addition to our stay. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
