Peace and tranquility right on the beach. The main house has 2bd/2bth, fully furnished with kitchenette.The living room and kitchen are open to the beach breeze, the bedrooms have air conditioning. Enjoy the front yard that is right on the beach, relax in the hammocks or the small pool while viewing the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves, If you speak spanish, the domestic help will be available to you most of the daytime hours. I will be available via text, email or phone.

Great vacation getaway

Loved the house, pretty clean, fully furnished, very cozy, very quiet place. All small stores and restaurants are in walking distance, beach it's not crowded at all. Very easy access to the beach as shown, and great for late night/ sunset walking.

Unbelievable!

Dollar for dollar, the best accommodations I've ever stayed at. This is a slice of heaven with an amazing beachfront property. The outdoor living space with clean pool, outdoor washrooms / shower and covered cabana with hammocks is amazing.

Fabulous house

The pictures to this beautiful home do no Justice. When you get to the house you get this excellent vibe space for everybody the pool is amazing Mig is amazing and so is the owner. I've stayed in a lot of large homes in San Juan and many more places here in Nicaragua but so far this is the best!

It was absolutely beautiful property. The beach was steps away from the house. The outside shower, bathroom were handy to keep the sand outside. It came with a complete kitchen, toaster, microwave and coffee pot! It was quiet as well. I would recommend the property to anyone. Mig, checked in with us after a storm went through to make sure we and the house, we’re fine. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing peaceful beautiful ocean view house. My wife’s favorite was waking up to the ocean view 😍

My family and I stayed at this property “La Casa de la Tranquilidad”, July 2022. Katie is a very nice person and host to deal with. I’m not going to lies on our first day we had a misunderstanding communication issues with the management regarding finding the location to the property, but once Katie was able to communicate with us directly, she was right on the spot and took care of us accordingly and immediately. She is a nice and generous lady who gave us extra check out time to made up for the missing check in time/day. She followed thru and checked with us when we arrived and during our stay too, making sure everything was good, or if anything else was needed to make sure we have a pleasant stay, that was much appreciated. I’ll definitely stay at this property again with my families. The ocean is just steps away from the house which it was my wife’s favorite of all, she was very pleased and very happy, reason why I choose this property as it was exactly what I was looking for. Overall experience, it was wonderful and comfortable place to stay. The AC, wi-fi, TV cable, refrigerator worked perfectly, and comfy beds and not to forget the nice clean pool too. I’ll definitely rent here again on my next visit, God’s willing. Thank you Katie for your hospitality at your peaceful home. Best regards, Mayron 🌊 🏝😍
