Surprised my mom

Decided at the last minute to surprise my 96 year old mom and bring my daughter from Tx with me who hasn’t been able to see in for over 6 years. Close to town, where my mom lives and this is the second time we’ve used these cabins. Sure appreciate How easy and clean units are

Great place to stay!!

Nice place and conveniently located to dining and other activities. I'd stay there again without a doubt. Cherry should supply paper towels and facial tissue as that would be a plus. The remote for the HVAC is best used when pointed at the AC unit on the wall. Nice courtyard and parking.

Nice cottage but.....

For the most part this was a nice place, newer and clean, but my wife ran out of hot water during her morning shower with nothing else running. Also, the coffee maker wouldnt close, and it was dirty, so i had to make a Starbucks run early in the am. Also, there was a cookie sheet left in the oven stained with some kind of drippings, yuck. Lastly, the location is in an older neighborhood, which gave us pause, but there were no incidents, and property is close to downtown and shopping, so we'd consider staying again.

We love this place!

This is our go to place when we visit grants pass! They have everything you need, a great check-in process and off street parking. Dogs are welcome with a small fee.

Third Stay

This was our third stay here. It's so relaxing and close to all amenities. We cooked two dinners and did take out one night. Didn't want to leave.

Immaculate and cute!

This place was perfect! Brand new, clean, cute and plenty of space for a small family. Communication was also great. Will definitely be staying here again!

Stay at cabin.

Nice place and decorated in a forest theme. Big washer and dryer. Very good for the money and was very close to the fair grounds.

Perfect for our needs

Clean, quiet place with everything we needed for a short stay visiting family. We'd definitely stay here again! Check in and out were super easy, and it was a great value for the price.

Great!

Great spot. Super clean. Huge TV! One down side - 6 parking spots for 6 units. Came back around 9:30pm and all the spots were taken. Plenty of street parking - parked maybe 1/2 block away.

Amazing! A full kitchen, washer and dryer, Queen beds, brand new construction, private parking, manicured lawn and vegetation, clean and comfortable, close to park and attractions, etc. We will stay there again. Less expensive than the big hotels and much more convenient.

wonderful find

Unlike your average and sometime higher end hotels, this property provides great overhead lighting as well as table lamps. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows and lovely comforter and sheets. Very close to downtown and great restaurants.
