Nestled in the heart of Gold Hill, this historical, but modern cottage is a fantastic retreat for guests. Easy access to I-5 and nearby attractions including the Rogue River, wineries and rafting excursions make the River Rock Cottage a perfect place to stay and play. The bedroom features a queen bed and suitcase stand. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and waterfall granite counters. Amenities include washer and dryer, heat and AC, WiFi, outdoor heater, pack n’ play, reverse osmosis drinking water, smart TV, generously stocked kitchen, BBQ, books and games, patio, laundry, beach towels, low back beach chairs and more!

It was everything we needed for our 2 1/2 days in the Medford area. Easy access to trails restaurants and coffee shops. Even had a couple of chickens come into the front yard from the neighbors.

Very cute little place. Loved the back yard. It stayed pretty cool with the air conditioner. Nicely decorated and had all the things I needed in the kitchen and bathroom.

This was the perfect place for Sister reunion. Not only is it conveniently located but was perfectly set up for 2 guests. The Hosts were great answering any questions we had promptly!! Walking distance from everything as well! Looking forward to returning again.

The house was cozy. The AC system worked great in the 95 degree weather. This olace has everything you need and at a very reasonable price.

Clean, cute, convenient. Host was great. Cute town, quiet neighborhood. The only downsides were the bathroom towel holders were coming off of the wall and the bed had a dip.

Super cute cottage. Very clean, had everything we needed and more! The location is perfect for walking around town. There’s also a walking trail with river access right across the street. 10 minutes to all of our family who lives in Sam’s Valley.The yard is adorable, and my dog loved the roaming chickens!Host was very easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to visit again!!The kitchen is great and there’s a little laundry room with a couple beach chairs too.I highly recommend this little spot!!!

Whitney is amazing! She was great at communicating! She made the stay amazing for us! They have a guest book there with other people things they done while staying there! We were only there for one night but everything there was amazing for the stay! I’ll be back eventually if I ever come back out to this area!

Had a lovely time. The cottage was warm and welcoming when we arrived. The reservation process was seamless, and Whitney was friendly and response to questions after the booking and before our stay started. The location is quiet and lovely. Not too far from Ashland. I'd stay there again.

We were very pleased with our stay at. The home was spotless, well-kept, and had such a cute setup. The pull-out couch was super convenient for the kids, which made our stay even easier. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

Perfect little place. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Has lovely outdoor spaces . Would stay here again.

Cozy little cottage

We had a great stay at this place. Super warm and comfortable spot with nice style and design. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Southern Oregon has always been our home. Gold Hill offers a tranquil, small town feel, with easy access to the interstate and nearby Medford and Grants Pass. The Rogue River runs through the area which is surrounded by historical buildings and a glimpse into early America.

The cottage was built in 1930 following a large fire that destoyed a lot of original homes in Gold Hill. Its former self was a one room cottage featuring only a wood stove.
