Perfectly located in North Scottsdale in a gated community. Home has private outdoor heated pool with privacy. Outdoor grill on back patio. Mountain view from your bedroom with desert landscaping. Within walking distance to Lone Mountain trail and many others within close driving distance. There are many restaurants and stores within near proximity. Ten to fifteen minute drive to the 101 and Cave Creek. Home is nestled in a quiet community and yours to rent for a minimum of a month.
Additional fee for heating pool if you would like and early check-in.

Great location with Quiet Neighborhood

This property is well maintained with just about everything we needed. The weather was a bit chilly to consider using the pool. The committee center has a superior equipped gym. The walk there and back is about a mile and a half. Nice to walk around the neighborhood to check out the well established cactus gardens. The property is at the base of Lone Mountain, which we climbed. The location is close to two communities, Care Free and Cave Creek. Good restaurants near buy - big on Italian cooking. We especially liked The Italian Daughter. Great gem and mineral store (Rare Earth Minerals) in Cave Creek. Expensive enough to just be a looker. The wild horses are south 15 miles along the Salt River. Rachel was very helpful and concerned that our visit was enjoyable and met our expectation. The Scottsdale adventure will be added to our long list of happy travels.

Wonderful Property

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at this very comfortable and well furnished Bellasera home. Rachel is the the best communicator that I have dealt in the various VRBO properties we have stayed at. This property is so close to all the activities we enjoy golfing, hiking and biking at the McDowell Sonoran reserve. ( 10 Mins away) There is a good selection of grocery stores close by. Would definitely recommend this property and I hope we can stay again an other time. Laurie

Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay! The home is located in a quiet gated community in north Scottsdale. The location is near plenty of stores and restaurants- there are multiple grocery stores within a mile. Cave Creek is a 10 minute drive and even the spectacular scenery of Sedona was less than a 2 hour drive away. Bellasera is a great community to walk around and enjoy the desert scenery. My favorite thing about the neighborhood was the hiking trail up Lone Mountain, just a 5 minute walk from the front door. The trail is only open to Bellasera residents and the views from the top are amazing! Inside, everything was clean and comfortable, up to date, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning worked great in August, and the wifi was more than adequate for working remotely and taking Zoom calls. The back patio and pool were wonderful to have. Quail and doves would make daily appearances and their songs would fill the air. Rachel was very helpful throughout the stay, from making sure the gate access was set up to making sure everything else was going well with the stay. I didn't want to leave and I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Winter Get Away

First, Rachel is a great communicator. We were in constant contact from before we reserved to the present. She made our stay a fantastic experience. The property was exactly what we were looking for. With 2 bedrooms it was perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the south-facing patio around the pool. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. The Bellasera community is terrific. We felt right at home. It is quiet, peaceful, and serene. The bird activity was great and bunnies and quail were a daily sight. Even a bobcat stopped by to say hello (it was on the other side of the fence). We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. We highly recommend this property! Thanks Rachel!

A lovely find

My husband and I spent a delightful February at this property. We chose the house because of its location and pleasant outlook as well as its scale. We were looking for a smaller house with two to three bedrooms and found a perfect match. It is straightforward and easy to manage, has good size bedrooms and nice furnishings that made us feel at home. The open space living-dining-kitchen area creates a cozy and intimate environment that added to our enjoyment. The outdoor area was surprisingly inviting and we were drawn to the privacy and nicely arranged seating areas overlooking the pool and garden. We also appreciated the quiet neighbourhood and the friendly greetings of neighbours. The house is located close to shops and we particularly enjoyed Browns Ranch – perfect for going for longer walks. We even ventured onto the signed paths through the natural landscape within the community when we just wanted to amble around the neighbourhood. The house is comfortable with a nice ‘lived in’ feeling of a family home. It is set up for a couple with a guest and contains most of what any guest needs. The owner was gracious and helpful and clearly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. It was a lovely find. Contented traveller

January Getaway

We loved our stay in Bellasera. Super close to multiple hiking/biking trails, and a great location to get to Sedona area as well as Tonto National Forest. Club has a great pool and other amenities and the whole neighborhood is super quiet. A+ rental.
