Great stay

We had a wonderful time in Telluride. This property is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Telluride.

We enjoyed our stay very much. O thing that the online description didn’t say is that they have a jet Whirlpool tub, which we took full advantage of. Also, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked. They even provided a telescope which my son used to look at the stars. It is a 10 minute beautiful stroll to town for eating and shopping and iabout an eight minute walk to the gondola to go to the ski resort. Very very nice.

Comfortable stay at great location

Clean with everything in place for cooking and living. Across the street from lift 7 made it easy in and out. About 12 min walk to the main gondola area.

Nice

Nice property. Easily walkable to Clark's market, gondola and downtown. Spent most of our time hiking which was spec.

Perfect location a hop from lift 7....1 block from the market and all you need from town within walking distance

Telluride Ski Trip

Everything was great.The only small issue was the hot tub area seemed a little suspect. Icey and had a bad smell

Ski in, ski out, clean and spacious property!

Had a great experience here! - The management company was extremely prepared and communicative, and even had someone meet us for the check-in process, show us the apt, etc. The few needs we had during the stay were quickly addressed by the management company. You are about 100 yards from the base of lift 7 which is amazing, and you can ski down to within 50 yards of the unit. The walk to center of telluride town and shops is 8-10 minutes. Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented this unit for a ski trip earlier in the year but a back injury forced us to cancel. The owner and the property manager, Jim, were very gracious in working out replacement dates and we ended up having a wonderful week in late July hiking and enjoying Telluride.

The hot tub was full of snow and not water. The washer would pop open in the middle of the cycle. We lost power for 1/2 a day and the refrigerator was turned off. The condo was very dry and dusty

Great location & across the street from Telluride lift 7

Convenient location to the slopes & lift 7. Description on-line pretty accurate. Not sure worth the premium cost though. A few items need addressed: master bedroom windows need repaired so they will close, couldn't find a toaster?, bath tub drain plug did not work so could not use tub spa. Heated towel rack in bathroom awesome!! 4 towels not enough, need at least 6. Washing machine & dryer were great amenity but not US standard so need directions. Pull out couch bed in living room very comfortable. Lots of extra linens & pillows - great! 2nd floor. 3rd floor guests 2nd & 3rd night partied until the wee hours. Very loud and disruptive.

Telluride One Bedroom

A very nice and clean place. It is just about across the street from lift 7 and it is a short walk to town. More for advanced skiers to return to the base of lift 7 because it is a black run. There is a blue bypass but it is a little tricky to find. My only complaints and they are minor, were that the bathroom is real dark and could benefit from a brighter light system and that the TV was a little confusing because when you turned it off it shut the cable box off...so you had to turn the cable box back on in the closet for the TV to work...no big deal once you learned that. We did not use the hot tub as it didn't seem too appealing having to walk through the parking garage to access it...but again, no big deal...Overall, a great place for a couple to stay who ski and don't mind a short walk to town.

Would definitely recommend! We had a wonderful time in Telluride thanks to this awesome rental. From the location (never used our car in 5 days) to the excellent communication from Lauren, we were all set with everything we needed. 10/10!
