From the moment you walk into this two bedroom, two bath condo, the stunning view of Tampa Bay will take your breath away. Enjoy coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins play. Soak in the Sunset with a cocktail as you watch the lights of St. Petersburg, downtown Tampa and the Sunshine Skyway light the evening sky.
The spacious master bedroom boasts a queen bed, closet, dresser, desk and flatscreen cable TV. This room opens directly onto the balcony so you are never without a view of the water. The master has a private bathroom with shower.
The guest bedroom offers two full-over-full bunkbeds, comfortably sleeping 4 adults or 8 children. The guest wing has a full bathroom with a shower/tub and can be closed off by using accordion style doors.
The kitchen offers new finishes, including solid surface countertops and soft-close cabinets and drawers. This unit includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig & drip coffee makers. One covered parking space is available for this unit. Visitor spots are available for an additional vehicle.
There is a Freedom Boat Club marina one mile from the condo, and several fishing charters within walking distance.
