Everything you could want in a house in a stunning area!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I had a fabulous weekend here. The house lacked for nothing. Four bedrooms (we only used two), complete kitchen, washer/dryer, grill and outdoor seating, a terrific foosball table, cozy media room with super comfortable seating and fireplace, good hot showers - just right! The Zebra Popcorn and Martinelli’s left for us were a classy treat. The area may be the most underrated place in the country. The San Rafael Swell is Utah’s own Grand Canyon - absolutely spectacular. And Joe’s Valley is a climber’s paradise. Perfect place to enjoy this glory.

Great Location

The property was perfectly located for the activities we had planned at Joes Valley! Plenty of room for all the adults without getting in each others way. Host was responsive and kind.

Adventure Vacationers

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had three older adults and it suited our needs very well. It was easy to access and situated on the side of town we used mostly to go to and from our riding area. The cul-des-ac was short which was good in that we had to park a truck and trailer curbside along the through street the cul-de-sac was off. It was quiet, peaceful, and we had no problems. FYI: the spiral staircase is a bit different to adjust to if you are not accustomed to them.

Work stay

The property worked out gteat for us, we were working in town and it was very convenient. The house was clean and as advertised, we had plenty of room and used the grill every night. Would recommend the stay.

Family reunion

Great home base while in town for our family reunion. So much better than local motels. Comfortable. Clean. Easy access to everything we had planned. Comfy beds. Only downside was all closets were inaccessable and there was no place to hang up dress clothes.

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet

If you like comfortable places, this is it! The place is set up for maximum coziness. We were a family of 4 coming so my son and husband could boulder in Joe's Valley. The place was perfect for all of us to spread out and have space, but also hang together in the open living space. Furniture and beds were all 100% comfortable, with beautiful cotton quilts. We cooked in the kitchen which was fully equipped. We played horseshoe in the back yard and I loved hanging out on the front stoop listening to the many birds and watching the sunset. Location was also great. My younger child and I were able to walk to the Aquatic Center just a 10-15 minute walk away. We stopped at Daley's Sno Cone stand one day on the way back and would highly recommend! We also loved the fraps at Cup of Joe's (you MUST stop here!), Pizza R and donuts from Food Ranch (although Stewart's grocery is cheaper). We cliff jumped at the Reservoir and of course Joe's Valley was gorgeous! Kathy was a fabulous host to communicate with- very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again if coming this way!

Comfortable stay

We were in the area for just a few days. This property had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. When we weren’t out having fun in the area we enjoyed relaxing at the house - nice quiet neighborhood and lots of birds to listen to. Owner was very responsive, would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for a Group!

We stayed here while on a climbing trip in near by Joes Valley - the property was amazing for 8 people. We really enjoyed the big kitchen table, two living rooms and the outdoor horseshoe pit! We would definitely return!

Amazing!

Stayed 2 weeks to climb at Joe's Valley with a group of friends. The house was very clean and very conveniently located to access all the bouldering. It also had everything we needed-- we all love to cook and found the kitchen was one of the best stocked we've ever had for a short-term rental. Amazing internet connection too for any of you that work remotely like some of us had to do. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Kathy and Ron!!

Great Experience

Ron and Kathy were very welcoming and accommodating; they were very responsive when I had any questions. I stayed here with a group of friends for a climbing trip, and the property had everything we needed. Very close to Joe's Valley and multiple grocery stores.

Excellent place for a family getaway!

Our family really enjoyed staying here as we used the house as a base camp to visit area parks. Many personal touches, stocked kitchen, clean rooms, and of course the kind and welcoming owners made us feel right at home. Neighborhood very quiet and cozy. Everything as advertised and simple check in and out. Would recommend to families and would stay again given the opportunity.
