Located within a short distance to Hunter's Restaurant and along the scenic Shellman Bluff. Another way to explore bluff life is by waterway. Bring your boat and take advantage of the great fishing and crabbing. Perhaps you prefer exploring the barrier Islands like St Catherine's, Blackbeard or Sapelo. Easy access to park your boat and trailer on the property. The Golf Course, Sapelo Hammock, is about a mile away. Neighboring cities that offer shopping are Brunswick, Richmond Hill or Savannah, GA. I am the manager for The Kipp Street property. I am a native of Savannah Ga and I came to Shellman Bluff about a year ago.
Well it seems like the sand got in my shoes and now I never want to leave. I felt like it was only fair to warn you about that sand.

There is no private dock or water access, However, the property has a great location within a mile of the Marina. Nearby is also a Local Restaurant, a River view and boat hoist. In addition it is nestled in a very tiny, tiny and clean and quiet subdivision. Ideal for bike riding or walking down to the bluff to view the river.
