Please Note: This property requires an Electric Security Deposit of $500. The deposit is collected to cover potential excessive electricity usage and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided usage remains within the allowable limit and no additional charges apply.

Please Note: The neighborhood beach access is available only to guests with stays of six months or longer. For all other guests, a public beach access point is located approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property (about 8–10 minutes total to the beach). This access offers the same beautiful shoreline and ocean views.
