Great home, walking distance to a beautiful beach. Loved the gated access for added privacy. Plenty of room for our party if 7. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels etc.

Great place to stay with a large group. Lots of room inside the house and had its own private outdoor area with a pool. Inside a gated community and felt very safe.

Host was always very quick to respond, and the property looked just as it did in pictures. The kids loved the pool and that it was literally across the street from the beach. Perfect place for our family!

Loved that the home was in a gated area directly across the street from a great beach to spend the day at. Plenty of toys and gear for all to enjoy. Home had been impacted by recent storms but the host was quick to address our concerns and overall our trip was not impacted. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy some time in Hawaii. I would suggest some curtins for the lower master bedroom as neighboring patios had a great view of our bed time routines . Make sure to take the time to go down to Lanikai beach, but go early, parking is very limited.

This house was PERFECT for our family of four. It’s in a quiet area and the location could not be better. Being able to walk to Kailua Beach (the BEST beach) was, by far, its best quality. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers - it’s all there. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the host went smoothly. You can’t miss with this home.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Directly across the street from the beach. Very convenient that beach items were available (towels, umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc). Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed.

Super fantastic house, not even a 5 minute walk to Kailua Beach! Katy was a fantastic host and super transparent and response. The house had so many amenities with each bedroom coming with their own dedicated bathroom, and had so many things to help us have fun at the pool or beach (a wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, floaties, boogie boards, wake boards, and more)!If this is available, definitely book it! Location was fantastic and we loved staying so close to the downtown of Kailua.

We stayed for a week in April. The house was fantastic and gave plenty of space while not feeling too close to each other. We used the pool everyday and watch the sunset across the street almost every night. There are only A/C units in the bedrooms but the fans in the kitchen and living room were enough to keep us cool. Loved having all the beach equipment in the garage ready for us to use.

Great location!

Loved the location of this place. Super spacious and my favorite part was that it was walking distance to lanikai beach and the pillbox hike.

Great location across the road from Kailua beach and park. We were in the water for literally hours at a time. The pool was nice and the house was well equipped and lovely.

Thank you so much for a great stay. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Great access to Kailua and Lanikai beach and running trails. Easy to get around the island. Had all kitchen amenities that we needed. Plenty of bathroom space. Loved having the beach chairs and towels available for use! Thank you for bei ng a wonderful host!
