Great location, great condo! Love the underground parking and you can just walk out the back door and walk to all outdoorsy things and the restaurant. So convenient. The pool/hot tub is a quick walk and lovely.

This condo is absolutely amazing and truly in the perfect location! You can walk right out to the slopes, which made everything so convenient, and having rentals and ticketing right next door was a huge bonus. It made our stay seamless and stress-free—we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The only improvement that could be made is upgrading the king bed mattress. Otherwise, perfect!

We loved our stay at the Granby Base camp one!!! The management company was wonderful to work with in the owners answered all of our questions in advance! The kitchen was totally stocked with everything that we needed, which made her stay perfect and we loved the location of our condo and our children enjoyed the skiing every day!!!!

Excellent communication from start to finish, and a beautiful condo to enjoy while we skied! The layout is awesome, and the photos do not do justice to the location of this condo. SOOO close to the slopes and ski racks! Highly recommend this host and this property!

This unit is amazing! It has a walk-out patio directly to the ski lifts. Spacious, comfortable, and convenient. A great gathering place with a huge dining room table. The host was responsive and friendly. Our family had an amazing time!

Absolutely the best place to stay at Granby. The patio is as close as you can possibly be to skiing, ski rentals and restaurants. The condo itself appears to have been recently updated. You communicate directly with the owner instead of some third party management company and the owner is super friendly. I will definitely rent this condo on our next trip to Granby!

Great memories made

We had a great stay. The location was great for our family. Easy to get to when we were skiing. Nice to sit on the patio and watch our children ski when we took a break.

Excellent location!

We loved being on ground level especially with all of the grandkids. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. The restaurant next door is excellent also. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your property.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property! The location was easily the best ski in/ski out on Granby Ranch. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well kept with everything you need. The main ski lift was steps away for the adults and there was a great hill behind the condos for the little ones to sled on and play! We will definitely be back!

Perfect

Great property with unbeatable location. Top notch communication from the owners. This place is perfect for summer or winter. You’re within 50 yards of both the ski/bike lift and our favorite restaurant, Bluebird Bistro. If you haven’t eaten there, do so. We did every night we could. Granby Ranch and this condo are the perfect place to bring a family for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, skiing and more.

Location was great for us because our son got married on the Granby mountain top.

Disappointing part was they shut the power off our second day from 8 am till after 10 pm. We also had mice in our condo, owns gad to know because we found mouse traps in every room.

As we discussed, we're sorry about the power outage - unfortunately we had no control over that as it was the condo building maintenance team that was doing repairs on the building. Also, as you saw, we're also taking active steps to remove the mice from the condo. Thanks!

Perfect location

We had a great time at our Granby condo. It was literally steps away from the ski lift and base camp. It was so nice being able to step out the back door and head right to the lifts. The condo was perfectly situated for two families. It was a bummer that some of the runs were closed and that only one lift was operating but it was a great first ski experience for my kiddos. They are already asking when they can ski again!

Three days before check in I received a very detailed email from the host with check in instructions, access codes, and parking permit. My family had a wonderful stay at the slopeside first-floor 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit. Twenty plus years ago my kids learned how to ski there (formally SolVista). This was a great family reunion for all. The unit was very comfortable for five adults and a three year old child. It had an amazing view of the Base area outside the living room windows. You could walk out your patio door directly to the lifts and Base Lodge. The garage was very convenient to unload cars onto provided carts and take the elevator to our unit and ski locker. Granby Ranch is a perfect ski area for families. Mostly beginner and intermediate runs with fewer people than most ski resorts. At the Base, escalators and lift for easy runs to refamiliarize yourself with skiing. Lift operators and Ski Patrol are friendly and helpful. Base Camp One has Weber propane grills and large fire pit outside the first-floor entrance, a larger common sitting area inside the first-floor entrance, and a large ski locker room with restrooms on the first floor for your gear.

Family & Friends Ski Trip

This property is in the most ideal location at Granby. We stayed here with our family of 5 and friends who had a family of 4 and it worked perfectly. The kids stayed in the bunk room and had a bathroom to share and each couple had their own bedroom + bathroom. There was plenty of room to relax each evening in the living room and play games at the dining table. I can't stress enough how great the location is to the Lodge and the lifts. The communication with the owner was fantastic and he was able to assist quickly with any questions/needs we had. I will note that the one ski locker didn't fit all of our gear so we did end up keeping our boots in the back of our suburban at night, so keep that in mind with a large group as ski equipment isn't allowed in the condo (for good reason). It worked out great for our group!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out Location!

We LOVED having 1st-floor slopeside access where our skiers/boarders could just pop in for a break & we could keep an eye out. So convenient to the lodge if you want to pop over for a drink or meal! Condo was very clean & tidy, had great amenities, & is nicely appointed. Great homey feel! Communication was fantastic. We do have a couple of notes that might be worth consideration. The very thing that makes the location so amazing - being slopeside - also comes with some realities of the work that has to be done overnight. The groomers, plows, snowmobiles, etc., make quite a bit of noise & shine bright lights at the building, & the blinds are not blackout so you end up with a lot of light in the unit. Not a big problem for a lot of people but light sleepers or people who have trouble sleeping through light and sound might be affected. Also, the unit does get passed by all day long by everyone coming & going from the parking areas to the lifts. Again, didn't bother us much (we love the people watching) but something to keep in mind. Finally, & this you'd have no way of really knowing, but it turns out you can't actually see the green/blue mountain & main lift from the patio itself because there's a big tree in the line of sight. Again overall it's an amazing spot but I might actually look for another unit that's farther west just so I can watch my people come down. Still a 5-star review & we loved it so much it overall, just some notes for those who might want to know.

Great place and excellent location. We were in Granby for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better and more convenient spot. Spacious, clean, and the hosts were very communicative and easy to access. We hope we will be back to Granby and would love to stay here again!

Great Family Weekend…Again

Our 3rd time at this amazing property. The hosts were great as usual. They had a hiccup with the cleaning people and got the problem fixed right away and allowed us to enjoy the trip. Great location, great hosts. Will be back again!
