The large lanai is hindered by the constant flow of hot air from the air conditioning unit, making it uncomfortable in the heat. The kitchen lacks essentials like a cutting board and a sufficiently large skillet for bigger meals. Additional seating in the living room is necessary, as there are only four seats available.
