The house was beautiful, it was clean and really just the perfect vacation home! We had no issues with the house or the host, everything was perfect! I definitely enjoyed having the laundry room so we could wash and dry clothes and towels as needed, it was nice to not come home with dirty laundry.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location is excellent. We have 2 toddlers and loved having a back yard without a pool for them to play. However, there are tons of low effort maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The property is not very well maintained but I would stay here again. The neighborhood is wonderful for taking walks!

Perfect location with private access to the beach. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and there was a private company that provided beach umbrellas and chairs for free because we were staying the property. The perfect beach house away, 10/10.

We loved this VRBO. It fit everyone great. My only suggestion would be extra bathroom towels, and we didn’t find any additional toilet paper.

The best thing about this property is its location and the beach service for chairs/umbrellas! The minute walk to the beach and not having to lug chairs and umbrellas down was extraordinary!The property could use some updating and light maintenance especially the decking/railing; however, the convenience outweighed the few issues. We would definitely use this property again.

Everything was perfect and the location to the beach was great. The only issue we had in the trip was with the beach service people. We were told one day that it was first come first serve. That we should get to the beach early and put our towels in the chairs we wanted. Two days later when we took my 89 yo mother to the beach using a beach wheelchair and transferred her to a beach chair the beach service told us that we had to move down the beach as those chairs were reserved for a homeowner. All in all a good trip but that was very annoying.

The title of the property is not a lie. It’s literally a minute walk from the front door to the beach. We loved the area (quiet neighborhood without crazy traffic going by). All shopping and activities we wanted to do were close by. We didn’t get a golf cart but if you were to rent one you wouldn’t need to drive your car anywhere. (Next time we’re for sure gonna get one) The only issues we found was that there was some minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (door knob was loose, benches at the kitchen table were wobbly, some broken blinds, and some other small things). The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. Overall my family had an amazing time and I would recommend staying here!!

We had a great time. The layout of the house accommodated everyone with their own sleeping spaces and we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the well stocked kitchen.

Perfect vacation

This was a perfect place for our family to enjoy the Gulf Coast. Had everything we needed in a perfect location. Will definitely be back!
