Great location in Destin!

This is a really cute little property that is only a few blocks from a nice beach. Its right in the heart of Destin so our teens enjoyed the shopping, coffee and ice cream places as they could walk on their own.

Another great stay

We have returned to Luca by the Sea several years, now…we love the ambiance of the home, location to the beach, and hospitality of the hosts. Highly recommend.

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful time with our adult children. Great location and in walking distance to almost everything. My only suggestion would be pot holders. We did a lot of cooking and did not have anything you use

Wonderful and comfortable house!

This property has a great location, easy walk to the beach, fantastic choice of great restaurants close by, very comfortable bedding and family room seating format. It is a great rental, would come back!

Great beach house!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There was a short 10 minute walk to beach access and the house was well equipped with a wagon, sand toys, and other beach equipment! The house comfortably slept 8 of us and had all kitchen appliances/utensils to eat at home. The house is located in close proximity to a variety of popular Destin restaurants. Would recommended staying here!

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed everything about this home. Our son and his family are stationed at Hurlburt so it was a perfect location for us. The home is exactly as pictured in the advertisement, centrally located and perfect for our visit to Destin.

Very nice house!

The house was great...just like tge description on the website. The decor was very beach like and we had everything we needed for our week long vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Nice place, perfect location to beach and pool. Easy access to restaurants. If I were to say anything negative the road was very busy with traffic and the Kitchen had only one fry pan and not even salt/pepper

Wonderful!

We had a great stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It’s in a good location to surrounding stores and restaurants too. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and answered any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Weekend

We were in town for a college friend's wedding and a group of us decided to stay an extra couple days after finding this beautiful property. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants like Camille's, and Destin Commons. The beach shower outside was a godsend. We spent hours on the porch swing and screened in porch catching up with dinner we cooked in the kitchen. I cannot recommend this home enough!

Perfect family getaway

Stephanie was an amazing host, extremely communicative and very accommodating. Property exactly as listed; spacious, beachy, well maintained. Loved the layout (open floor plan with large central common area and all 3 bedrooms separated - and location - close to everything. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We really appreciated having lots of linens and plenty of dishes and utensils. Bring your own beach towels, but other than that had everything we needed. Perfect place for our family of 6 (all adults) to spend Christmas together.

Lovely Stay

This house is perfect for a family of 6! It is layed out beautifully with the bedrooms spread apart to ensure everyone has their own privacy. The host was so easy to get ahold of and the house has everything you need! The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, we rented a golf cart and it was exactly what we needed to run around. Highly recommended.

Great in every way…

Very happy with this property and owner. Very clean, appropriate amenities, and great location to the beach, shopping, and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable living quarters, bedrooms, and kitchen. Very responsive owner. Will look to stay here again for future Destin vacations. Highly recommend.
