My family and I had the best time! It was our baby’s first vacation, and the house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make the trip special and stress-free. Stephanie was such a friendly and accommodating host, which made our stay even better. The beach was also so close and an easy walking distance, which we loved. We made such wonderful memories here and would love to come back!

The property was very clean. The location was great! Short walk to the beach was a plus - and having access to the provided wagon, chairs and umbrella was wonderful! The host was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the house! It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the sidewalks all throughout the neighborhoods. We walked to the beach several times as it was so close. Saw the pool but didn’t get in.
Loved this house.
Gorgeous beach just a short walk away.

The property was just as described in the listing. It was perfect for our longer term stay. Our host, Stephanie, was amazing. She was extremely responsive and even made a special effort to obtain and deliver a few items to make our stay more enjoyable.

We had a lovely time, perfect location close to everything yet still a quiet area. Easy walk to the beach for sunsets. The house was well kept and clean. Host had great communication and was very help when needed!

Great location in Destin!

This is a really cute little property that is only a few blocks from a nice beach. Its right in the heart of Destin so our teens enjoyed the shopping, coffee and ice cream places as they could walk on their own.

We have returned to Luca by the Sea several years, now…we love the ambiance of the home, location to the beach, and hospitality of the hosts. Highly recommend.

Property was located perfectly. We could walk to beach and walk to the shopping center. Golf courses are close. I thought the property was fully fenced but just fence in front of house. Great stay with the family for the holidays.
