The property was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating. The outdoor space was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit multiple times during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. With plenty of space between the two houses, it never felt crowded. You won’t be disappointed—we will definitely be staying here again!

Great location! Such a cool backyard! The owner is so sweet and easy to work with. It easily accommodated our three families very comfortably and we had a great weekend!

This was our second time to stay in Beverly's wonderful home. I can't say enough good things about it and her. The space is perfect for a large group, decor is super cute, back yard is so fun, place is VERY clean and the beds are the most comfortable beds all of us have ever experiences in a VRBO. Beverly is the most gracious of hosts and communication is spot on. Could not recommend more highly. Thanks for another wonderful stay, Beverly! Hope to see you again next year! :-)

Beverly is an amazing host! We loved the house. The backyard fire pit and cornhole was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you would need. The bathrooms have been redone and are very nice. The “Bung” adds another level of privacy for other guests. And of course the location right be Texas Tech is a big plus.

Guys weekend

The house and the host were excellent. The fire pit and the outdoor hangout was our favorite part. So much room for a big group and the beds were very comfy. Will stay here again for sure.

Outstanding property, wonderful host

Fabulous experience! Host, Beverly, was outstanding, flexible and always accessible. The property was immaculate with several little extras available to guests to make our stay extra special. Will book with Beverly again.

Best place in Lubbock to stay!

Such a cute place! You can tell that Beverly put so much thought, effort and love in decorating it and making sure her guests have all they need. Absolutely perfect for larger groups. The little bungalow in the back was great for us, since we had one couple with a dog. The backyard between the two structures was so enjoyable. We all had a ball, and Beverly was the best. Could not recommend more highly :-)

From the time we arrived untill we left we felt welcome. It was almost like a friendly family visit. I truly will be recommending our host Beverly and her properties to anyone we know that i headed to Lubbock. She has thought of everything that guest need and then some. Again the 5 stars really should be higher. We will be back.

Relax in Raider Land

Great house close to campus. Comfortable beds with all the amenities. Backyard with lots of space and tons of activities. If you are looking for an island oasis with tons of space for friends and family, look no further. We look forward to checking out a few other properties offered by this host in the future. Texas Tech Graduation

Perfect location for a weekend celebration for a Texas Tech graduate. The yard offered a fun place to relax and enjoy family without feeling crowed. All enjoyed the games provided and atmosphere. Communication with the owner was efficient and always prompt. Great customer service as well as adding special touches to feel very welcome. Would stay here again.

Hunting trip

Great house, both of them! Beverly was there to meet us and give us the rundown. She set the unlock code to our choice which was nice. Great setup if you rent both houses with the fire pit between the two.

The Island on 21RaiderAlley will be our go-to place from here on out!Looking for a central location to have Christmas with family and found The Island and Bung. Not only is the house spacious with great decor/themes, but the outdoor area adds to the fun and provides additional space and activities for a wide range of ages and interests.The house has great amenities and is very well stocked with utensils and small appliances for meal preparation.The price is justified with the quality of bedding, linens, and provided personal care items.Beverly is a superstar owner! Communication is easy and fast. Everyone agreed we will absolutely stay at the Island and Bung the next time we get together in Lubbock.

This home was perfect for us. We absolutely loved the back yard. I suggest you put anti-slip stickers in the showers. My dad(89 yrs old) almost fell in the shower and my 4yr old grandson did slip
