This was our second time to stay at this property and once again we had an excellent experience. The location is great, the home is well kept, fully stocked and clean, and the air conditioning does a fantastic job on 100 degree days. The back yard is perfect for our dogs, and poop free. We’ll definitely be back.

Comfortable, clean, open concept home in a safe and walkable neighborhood (which was great for the pups). Most everything we needed for our week long stay. We plan to return!

The communication with the owners was excellent. The pictures of the house were true. It was a great location for us. The home was very spacious would definitely recommend.. They had red solo cups, extra paper towels, and extra paper plates. They even had some leftover laundry detergent which we left the remaining part of ours for the next guest a few spices not much Tupperware no crockpot, but a great Keurig with a coffee selection.

House was super neat & clean throughout. No issues with anything, if I had questions about something; I was able to contact the host & receive an immediate response back. Quiet area, no issues from any of the neighbors. Plenty of space for all of us, the garage parking was great because we did have a storm the first night so we were thankful for that. House is in a great location with plenty of food & grocery store a few blocks away. Would recommend anyone to stay there, thank you all again for such an awesome stay!!!!

Stay was just fine. There were issues with the back and garage doors (locking/unlocking), so we just used the front. Convenient spot for our trip.

Great Location and Property

This rental was clean and quiet. Excellent communication with host. It was convenient to restaurants and other activities Highly recommend to those visiting the Lubbock area. We will definitely stay here again.

Great house.

We came to do a campus tour with our daughter. This house was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

Excellent place

We really enjoyed staying here with our family. The house was clean, and very spacious. Ashley was very prompt with communication and very accommodating. Definitely will book with her again next time in town.

Great stay

Everything was as stated in listing. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Went above most rentals by providing snacks, water and toiletries. Would definitely recommend this property.

Home away from home!

This property was amazing and spotless! All the comforts of home. Amenities were excellent. Very easy check in and check out! Easy communication with property manager. Will definitely make this a place to stay when I visit family again.

Wonderful

A lovely neighborhood and beautiful house. We loved the open concept and appreciated the coffee and snacks provided. Had an excellent meal at Cancun and fantastic burgers at Wrecked (near campus).

Just what we needed!

I am from Lubbock and was coming 'home' with my brother, sister-in-law, and niece to visit. This place was perfect! Big and spacious and comfy. Very quiet street/neighborhood. The hosts were great and easy to contact.

Good place

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and seemed smaller than a queen. House was very pretty, but lawn and back yard a little unkept. Our hosts were very nice and responded when we texted for supplies.

Little Gem

This property was close to so many amenities! This home is clean, quiet, comfortable, and a great home away from home. Ashley and Nick responded to all communications immediately. One of our best stays in Lubbock! We will definitely use this home again.

It was fine for our stay to move into college. The yard looked ratty and when I opened the blinds, there was dirt all on the blinds and in the window. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND COFFEE CREAMER!

Christmas

We were impressed with the beautiful decorated Christmas tree. Overall the property was nice. I did make a few suggestions to the owner that would make the stay more comfortable and the owner was very receptive. I would rent again.
