New Kitchen, Master Bath, and Living Room Renovation! Living Room Fireplace added. This charming log home, located in Massanutten Resort, is a perfect retreat for your group. Soak up the beautiful setting from the peaceful screened porch or the luxurious hot tub! The main level features a spacious open floor plan including a family room with vaulted ceiling, and dining area that seats ten. Additional seating is available at the countertop. Kitchen offers two dishwashers to make meal clean-ups a breeze. Downstairs is the rec room with a ping pong table, smart TV, DVD player and Wii.

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.
The driveway fits 2-4 cars depending on size. Extra cars may be parked in resort lots. Guests may use the garage but may not park in it.
SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason. *
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations as well as federal and state laws and ordinances.
This is a residential community - please respect the community and the neighbors and know your nearby neighbors may be full time residents.
*Please review the HOA Rules below and in your rental contract when you sign.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.

Buses, campers, and RV's may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.

This is a high wildfire risk area!
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property and in the community shared spaces.
Grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions.

No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
Pre-approved dogs are required to be on a leash when outside.
You must clean up after your pets.
All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out.
A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed.
Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property.
Trash should be removed regularly.

*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside.

Fires are strictly prohibited at this property. You are not allowed to build a campfire or use a firepit/barrel - A minimum fine of $700 will be assessed to cover local fines, as well as any direct damage/cleanup expenses will be billed back.
This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)
If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a tv), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout
