Conch'd Out is the perfect townhome to enjoy a relaxing ocean getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse sleeps 9 comfortably and couldn't get you any closer to the water. Enjoy listening to the waves from your bedroom, gulf and bay views, sunsets and sunrises, as well as dolphins swimming by throughout your stay. Cape San Blas offers clear blue waters and sandy-white beaches for all your water activities. Biking/Walking trail and kayak launch just across the street for easy access. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is close by and a great location to explore shelling, scalloping, snorkeling, walking the nature trail, picnicking, kayaking, or enjoying a day on the beach. This beach has been rated the #1 beach several time. Historic Apalachicola and Port Saint Joe both offer many activities such as antique and flea market shops, seafood restaurants, fishing charters, and old home tours. You won't regret your stay.

Great ocean view

Cruise on Shore

The place was interesting due to proximity to the ocean. It felt like we were on a cruise especially during high tide. Our only complaint was the lack of cleanliness. The sheets on the bed were soiled. Overall, the place could have been cleaned better with nasty dirty rugs in the bathroom & family room.

We had a great time. The weather was perfect. Our accommodations were top notch and the ocean front view front the balconies was fantastic! My wife and I couldn’t have been happier. What an excellent place to stay.

Gorgeous views

Loved the property. It is as close to the ocean as you can get. You do have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs which, as two 70 year old women who tend to overpack, was a bit of a struggle but we both made it. Gorgeous views from the two balconies. Easy access to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Week at Cape San Blas

Conch’s Out is the perfect getaway. The furnishings are so fresh and comfortable. The artwork is stunning. There is really nothing I would change. Everything is clean and fresh. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back You are 20 yds from your beach spot. However you are staring at the water from your balconies!

Beach Escape

Conch’d Out was the perfect place for our party of 6. We had a wonderful time exploring all the area had to offer including all the state parks. We all enjoyed the sound of the waves and watched for dolphins dawn and dusk. The patio area was a wonderful addition to the property. The white sand beach right down the stairs.

Quick 4 night getaway

The property was in a great location and couldn’t be closer to the water. The condo was clean and ready and nicely decorated. We loved the mattress in the main bedroom. The parking was easy to navigate. There are several stores close by with a great grocery selection. The beach right outside is nice and the beaches within state park are super!!!

Can't get any closer to the ocean or better views! Looked forward to the sunset everyday. The unit was clean and laid out well for 2-6 people. Plenty of beach just outside the unit. Be sure you check out the State Park at the end of the peninsula.

Girls trip

We loved the area. First time here and loved the peacefulness of beach. Only thing the steps at each side of condo building to get to the beach were not accessible. This building is literally in the water. We loved hearing the waves, just had to go through the parking lot to get to side of condo to lay on beach. Our 6th girls trip was great and loved the condo itself and great location. Easy check in and responsed quickly when I called them with a question.

Such a treat!

Loved our two weeks here. Watched the sunrise over the trees on the bay from one balcony in the morning and watched the sunset over the Ocean from the other balcony in the evening. Enjoyed morning coffee one the screen porch, seeing dolphins swim by on several occasions. Loved walking the beach to the sound of waves on one side of the cape, then being able to walk tranquil paths on the bay side of the cape at the St Joe State park. The unit was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed.

Peaceful and Beautiful

We had a great trip. The area was awesome and beautiful. Loved the small town feel of the area. We would definitely go back. Our only negative was that the condo we stayed in need more attention. We got there 10 min before check in and the clear g people were still there. We left and came back and they were still cleaning. We waited I think about 30 minutes to get in. Also it appeared that not everything had been cleaned well. There were several things we found that needed to be cleaned. Other than that it was great

Beautiful, comfortable and clean

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and well furnished. A friend of mine and I decided to take a short girls trip and she wanted to stay close to the water. Well, it’s about as close as you can get without swimming! That kind of experience is very unique and enjoyable. You can see the wildlife such as the dolphins even better, but still have a beach to the side of the unit to enjoy. It had everything we needed and more. Even the towels like home and not Like an institution. This is a plus, especially when you travel with someone who is very conscientious and picky about towels and furnishings other than hers. We had a great stay and hope to come back again soon.
