Great location with wonderful beach/ocean view. Loved screened in porch swing. Short distance to newly restored beach frontage. Responsive hosts. Look forward to returning!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay. Place was clean and well described. We very much enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching and listening to the water. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Water wonderland

Our stay was perfect! We were so close to the water that we felt like we were on it! The beach access was super close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

Beautiful with stunning views! The location is perfect and I got to watch the sunrise from one bedroom and the sunset from another each day. Fabulous hosts that thought of everything we could have needed.

Lori was very nice , but before staying there and spending that kind of money I should be told about what’s going on , the beach was a mess , it’s going to take a long time before it’s fixed , the noise of the trucks working on the beach wasn’t relaxing at all ,, the pics on the website is sooo off ,, the property looks nothing like that on the outside , disappointing , and we didn’t have air until after we checked in the next day about 12 so it cut into us enjoying our total vacation, they did give us one night of our money back ,

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a great trip to Cape San Blas! The townhouse was wonderful! It was very clean and stocked with everything we could possible need even beach towels and beach chairs! The owners were very prompt answering any questions we had. We definitely recommend and would stay again!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! We loved how close we were to the beach. We can’t go on enough about how amazing it is that it is not crowded in the area! The condo We had a mishap with the washer/dryer while we were there and the host went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

Cape San Blas

This was the first time I had visited this area. The area was very charming with it’s unique shops. The view was spectacular and it wasn’t crowded like other areas I have stayed in Florida.

Great condo right on the Gull! Had everything we needed including coffee and counter top ice maker. Furnishings and bed were very comfortable and amenities exceeded our expectations. Jill was great to with. Mentioned that love bugs were visiting us on the upper deck and the next day they didn't come back.

Absolutely wonderful

This was such a lovely place at an incredible spot with breathtaking sunsets & sunrises! The place has everything you need & then some! Absolutely perfect. Definitely will come back.

Wonderful R & R

Loved being able to listen to the waves! Made for such a calm and relaxing experience. You actually felt like you were on your cruise ship balcony because the Gulf of Mexico was so close by. Very soothing!The area was very peaceful and quiet. Probably a bit busier in the peak summer time.

Labor Day Weekend getaway

Wow ....... what a great location. Great views / well stocked with everything you would need. ( even beach chairs & towels) Our grandkids loved the Kids room .... ( the Fishes & turtle on the wall )

Amazing views and location

This property is amazing and just as pictured. It was extremely clean and well laid out. We had an amazing stay and hope to book again in the future. There's nothing I would suggest to change. Thank you for a beautiful property!

Winter Break Escape

The property was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 3 plus the dog but could easily accommodate 2 couples with young children. The bunk room/game room was so fun. Cannot beat the location.

Great home!

Lovely property that is not just beachfront. It really seems as if it is part of the Ocean. Very clean and well stocked. Pac-Man game is a nice touch. Be sure to check out Weber’s for great donuts!

Liliterally right on the water

Upon arrival we opened the deck door to hear the waves that were RIGHT THERE! Interior was beautiful, and all our needs were met! We loved it. Hats off to our host!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We had a very nice relaxing time here. Pictures are accurate! Felt almost like we were on a boat with water being so close! Very clean and decorated so cute! Our dog had fun too! Beautiful sunsets! Owners were a great host! Thank you for sharing your property with us!
