Beach Front! Magical Stay on the Water! Two king beds, Book Summer Dates Now!

Welcome to your perfect beach vacation! This 3 level townhome gets you as close to the water as possible. You'll be sure to get your steps in as there are 2 sets of stairs to access the different levels. The main level features a large screened in porch with swing and dining area. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax in the living room which has a 65" Samsung smart tv and a queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa to use if needed.

The dining area has a table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 barstools at the counter. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee maker that makes a full pot or single cup. The kitchen is well equipped and includes appliances such as an ice maker, toaster, blender, water kettle and extra large griddle. A washer/dryer and 1/2 bath are also included on the main level.

Upstairs on the 3rd level are 3 bedrooms.

MASTER: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, private full bathroom with walk in shower, 43" Samsung smart TV, private gulf-view sundeck with seating

BAYSIDE: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, 40" Samsung smart TV, small deck with chairs overlooking the bay (perfect to view the sunrise)

BUNK ROOM: Twin over Full futon bunk bed, 32" Smart TV with retro Atari game system and unique full-sized Pac-Man Arcade game.

There is a full bath in the hall that is shared by the secondary bedrooms.

On the breezy first level of this property is a large shaded deck perfect for enjoying views of the gulf. Located here you'll find a picnic table, outdoor shower and a gas grill.

Because of how close you are to the gulf, there is not beach access directly out front. You can access the beach on either side of complex. The beaches all along Cape San Blas are public property so you don't have to worry about setting up for the day in someone else's property. The entire beach is your playground!

Great home!

Lovely property that is not just beachfront. It really seems as if it is part of the Ocean. Very clean and well stocked. Pac-Man game is a nice touch. Be sure to check out Weber’s for great donuts!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! We loved how close we were to the beach. We can’t go on enough about how amazing it is that it is not crowded in the area! The condo We had a mishap with the washer/dryer while we were there and the host went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We had a very nice relaxing time here. Pictures are accurate! Felt almost like we were on a boat with water being so close! Very clean and decorated so cute! Our dog had fun too! Beautiful sunsets! Owners were a great host! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Fabulous place and location!

We had a fabulous stay! Jill has truly thought of everything when preparing for visitors. There were kids plates and silverware, beach towels, beach chairs and so much more. Their listing and description of their property is very accurate. You truly cannot stay closer to the ocean. The beach access is steps away! We will be back!

Feels like we found a secret hideaway. We loved the place on the Cape and the “crowd less” beaches. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing on the Cape was an ice cream store with homemade ice cream! Definitely a treasure!

Liliterally right on the water

Upon arrival we opened the deck door to hear the waves that were RIGHT THERE! Interior was beautiful, and all our needs were met! We loved it. Hats off to our host!

Excellent Stay!

I was an absolute pleasure staying here for our week at the beach. We have been coming to the Cape for over 10 years, and this was one of our best stays. Fine & Sandy was even better than described: the sound and view of the Gulf was unbelievable; beach access on the side was no problem; and that swing on the back porch was our daughter's favorite place! All amenities were wonderful, but could have used a few cleaning supplies for our week's stay - but not a real issueas Scallop Cove was a short walk away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Winter Break Escape

The property was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 3 plus the dog but could easily accommodate 2 couples with young children. The bunk room/game room was so fun. Cannot beat the location.

Fantastic Spot-Great Stay!

Beautifully furnished house (kitchen/dining had EVERYTHING we could have needed)! Awesome spot right on the beach - walked every day. Enjoyed some local restaurants and shopping (such cute stores). Loved the furnishings-super clean. Very much appreciated the welcome wine & chocolates! My husband, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Enjoyed very relaxing times on the balconies - and hearing the waves was so soothing. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to return for our next stay!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay. Place was clean and well described. We very much enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching and listening to the water. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Cape San Blas

This was the first time I had visited this area. The area was very charming with it’s unique shops. The view was spectacular and it wasn’t crowded like other areas I have stayed in Florida.

One of my top vacations ever

This condo is literally like being on a tropical vacation. The property is amazing. The top balcony on the gulf side was my spot. Stunning sunset views like i have never seen. Jill was excellent at communicating. This is a 5+ star vacation destination

Nice condo on the beach

Nice condo right on the beach. No surprises within the home. Well stocked. Friendly vacationing neighbors. PAC-man was a hit with the kids. Has several games and puzzles, 1-2 books. Beds are firm and comfortable. They have beach towels also.

My sister and I have been looking for a beach vacation where we can bring our fur babies on the beach with us. Fine and Sandy met all of our expectations. Property clean and organized. Providing extra beach towels and baby gate that came in handy. The hosts Paul and Jill very friendly and made sure to reach out to us to see if we needed anything. We would recommend Fine and Sandy to other dog moms.

Peaceful by the Sea

Beautiful and well kept property that we enjoyed every moment we were there. The ocean and surf views made it seem as though we were sailing along on a ship !! 😀 All we could see out our windows and from the decks was the ocean. Very comfortable furnishings. We will return…….

Bugs … cockroaches

Upon arriving could tell unit was not clean on first floor. Toilet horrible .. bad ..kitchen dirty. Then I open drawers and there are bugs! Live which turned out to be cockroaches. And on the dining room table. Bug guy came 3 days later. Cleaner came 3 days later. Property management said they did not know I was coming so wasn’t expected. The owner did as we had communicated. Then she tells me they didn’t know as I was late 2 days per the ice storm I had in the Midwest. Should not been an issue. I also had to buy supplies which were to be there. Too many promises. Bug guy was to return next week and didn't , so bugs returned…an adult cockroach came out from the table crawled to out plates as we were eating! …I did receive a small refund from the owner but only after I reached out to VRBO. I had written to owner upon leaving and no response until I spoke with VRBO. Cleaning issue also on what was promised. What was to be a relaxing month on the beach did not happen with too many poor issues.

Hidden Gem

This was the most amazing property! We had the most relaxing time and the two decks are absolutely perfect for reading, playing games, and star gazing! Also great access to the beach and great location (not too close or too far from town!) Can't wait to stay again!!

Our first trip to Cape San Blas

My husband, just finished his second round of radiation for prostate cancer. He wanted to get away from everything and relax. This condo is right on the water, with a spectacular view of the sunset. The waves crashing could be heard from the master bedroom, and was so it was very peaceful. This newly renovated condo had all the comforts of home and was spotless. The owners thought of everything you might need. We will definitely be back. Thanks Susie
