Great stay. Older property but is spruced up just right for a nice woodland retreat. Stayed as couple but could easily accommodate two more. Hot tub works excellent. Reasonably secluded location but there are other residences close by.

A nice, cozy cabin for a getaway

The cabin offered the perfect long weekend getaway. The hottub was fantastic, and the wood-burning stove was perfect for cold evenings. Definitely will stay here again.

Great get-a-way!

Privacy, quiet time in deciduous forest, hot tub, comfort. Close to Berkeley Springs with quaint shops, great restaurants.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Loved this home as it provided exactly what we needed: a no stress getaway and extreme relaxation. Tony's communication was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful trip! The location of the property was perfect. It's a quick, easy drive into Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park. The cabin was very cosy. We loved the hot tub at the end of a long day. I would say the only thing that was a little tricky was the lack of grass or a yard for the dogs. However, not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to escape every day life and enjoy the simpler things. Grilling a meal, taking a hike, watching the stars while relaxing in a hot tub, and warming yourself by a wood stove. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Getaway

Very nice accommodations just like advertised. Quite peaceful and secluded from other properties but still very close to everything. Cabin was very clean and well maintained.

Just what we needed!

We had such a lovely time staying here with our family! Pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is so cozy and clean, and the property is beautiful- we loved listening to birds and having coffee on the screened-in porch. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Relaxing getawa

My wife and I enjoyed Cacapon State Park, golf, hiking, and breakfast at Charlotte’sand restaurant at lodge. Great meal at Angus and Ale in Berkeley Springs. This was our second trip to Tony’s cabin. It is very nice, clean and hot tub is wonderful.

Great Stay outside Berkeley Springs

We had a great stay for one night breaking up a road trip. The cabin is not far from town and was nice and private and very clean upon entry. The hot tub cover holder was broken, but other than that everything was just as advertised and we loved enjoying the go tub under a nice starry nice. Would definitely stay again..

The house was, as listed.Everything was clean, well organized, and the kitchen had plenty of everything … dishes, pots & pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc.Communication with the landlord was excellent … almost immediate return text of messages.Great location … very private, yet close to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon.Highly recommended !

Wonderful get-away

This was the perfect place to relax and decompress. We practically lived on the porch and watched birds and the trees. Exactly the right distance from town and groceries - not too far, but far enough to feel wonderfully remote. Tony was a great host - responded to our questions immediately and helpfully. Hope to stay again!

Brief get away

Just catching up with a long time friend I hadn’t seen in a long while, the house was clean, and well stocked. Close to town and restaurants, grocery, sightseeing, etc. Had good communication with the owner.

Just what we needed for a brief getaway!

Very private, clean cabin with a great hot tub. Close to Berkeley Springs. Our host was great. Excellent communication, and everything was as advertised. Added bonuses were a lovely screened in perch and a nice deck. Thank you, Tony, for being a great host!

A Nice Getaway

Everything was as described. Check in and out were easy, hosts were highly communicative. The cabin was a little dusty and could use a deep clean as there were a few dead bugs and hairs around the bathroom, but ultimately nothing to complain about. I booked this for a spontaneous weekend get away for 4 adults and was very happy with the decision.

So relaxing!

If you’re looking for a place to relax, this is it!! I spent most of my time sitting on the screened in porch listening to the birds. The hot tub is amazing in the evening. Close to everything! Thank you Tony for great communication and a wonderful time:)
