Had an amazing time at the barn!! Absolutely beautiful home. Quiet area, town was great. Would definitely come back here. Host was great at responding back to me. So peaceful here. Did not want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barn in Berkeley Springs! The location was very convenient to town and the house was awesome. Plenty of room for our group, beautiful views, comfy furniture, and the hot tub was an added bonus! Highly recommend!

There were plenty of clean fresh bedrooms. The hot tub was wonderful and well maintained. We enjoyed the privacy of the barn and the beautiful sunsets. Definitely a place we would want to return to again.

The house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond and help us with any questions. We had a great time, kids and adults! We highly recommend staying here.

This is a fabulous property! Modern, relaxing, and with all the modern amenities in a quiet location. The owners are very attentive and aim for the best experience posdible. We will book again in the future.

Delightful little Barndo. There’s no need for shoes with the in floor heat. The host was very responsive when asked about directions for the sauna.

House is great! Hot tub was fantastic! The kids loved it. Outdoor furniture could use a cleaning and the table on the deck we did not use as it looks pretty weathered! Overall the house was beautiful and we loved staying here. Everything was easy when checking out! I appreciated not having to strip the beds! We’d recommend this to friends and we’d stay again!

We had a lovely time at the Barndominium. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space to relax and to gather. The home ambiance is very minimalistic so it's easy to focus on time with family and creating experiences. It is super close to downtown Berkley Springs so we mostly spent time in town, parks and restaurants but it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable home after our adventures. I LOVED the barrel sauna, such a treat! I do recommend you take a snapshot of any instructions etc and not rely on the verbo mail because there is very little signal until you get into the house wifi network. Host was very responsive and we did not encounter any issues. If you are looking for a comfortable, safe space while you explore Berkley Springs I recommend :)

Wonderful new property!! Sam was an amazing host from the very start, replying to all communication and inquires quickly and accurately! The property was extremely comfortable and the privacy was excellent, especially when using the hot tub and patio! Grilling outside is easy and in quick reach of the kitchen. Heated floors was a plus! There's a giant TV in the main living area with plenty streaming services available, loved it! Check in and out was a breeze! Thanks Sam, we shall return for a future visit!

The Barn made it possible for us to have a fantastic, memorable weekend in Berkeley Springs. The Barn is beautifully furnished and all the furniture was functional and stylish. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen is thoughtfully well-stocked. We made use of all the amenities: the fire pit to roast marshmallows, the laundry room, the BBQ grill and the hot tub (new and clean)! The owner Sam was responsive (within 5 minutes!) and made sure we were comfortable. The location is peaceful and serene with treed views all around. We would definitely book again!

Great escape from DMV

Sam was very accessible with communication. The property was perfect for a weekend getaway for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the spacious barn and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was perfect for all our meals (we do not eat out at all). The farmers market on Sunday was a great place to get in touch was local goods. Loved the layout of the whole barn and open style, the upper deck was perfect for early morning yoga with the amazing view of the mountains beyond the trees.

The Barn is gorgeous! The pictures are accurate, super clean and a burrito location. Sam, the host was communicative and very accommodating! We loved our stay and will definitely return!
