Vincent Cottage is nestled in the woods of West Tisbury, set in the heart of Martha's Vineyard on a private drive just off the Edgartown/West Tisbury Road. This clean, quiet home is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, main street shopping and tourist attractions; features a private outdoor space for entertainment; has nearby nature trails and fields.

Convenient, central location to every corner of the island:
- 10 minutes to gorgeous Lambert’s Cove (Rental allows you to purchase access to this private town beach!)
- 4 minutes to Alley’s General Store and historic downtown West Tisbury (Perfect place to grab a coffee and the paper!)
- 15 minutes to South Beach, Edgartown
- 15 minutes to Vineyard Haven ferry / downtown
- 18 minutes to Oak Bluffs ferry / downtown
- 6 minutes to MV Airport
- Adjacent to bike path
- Directly off main VTA bus route (#6)

Wonderful Stay!

The property worked perfect for our family of 3 along with our dog. It was centrally located, really clean, and Jess was wonderful to deal with as she was very responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Cottage

Cute, comfortable, very clean, well stocked cottage mid island. Quiet and private, host was welcoming, responsive and accommodating. Great information book too!

Vincent Cottage

The place was great, exactly as described. Communication couldn't have been easier and the location made getting around the island easy with a vehicle. We'd recommend the Vincent Cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Vineyard.

Wonderful Cottage

Jessica’s cottage is completely charming. Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location (just a 4-min drive to A9 Foods behind Alleys!). My husband, dog, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on future trips.

Quaint and Lovely

Perfect place to relax and explore the island. Centralized location. Very cozy accommodations. Short drive to all parts of the island. Five stars hands down.

Always Our Favorite Week of the Year!

This was our fourth stay at Vincent Cottage! We just love the location and everything about it! Jess is a fantastic host, very attentive and quick to respond! We are looking forward to Summer 2025!

Great Stay!

We had a great experience at this home! Incredibly clean (would give more than 5 stars if we could) and such thoughtful owners- even left us a freshly baked homemade load of bread! Highly recommend.

This is the cleanest, best equipped cottage we have ever rented!! The location is very private and peaceful! At great location for exploring all parts of the island! Jess and Nick (landlords) are the best!

Best location quiet and cozy!!

Great location, great house, perfect for a couple and their pup. Jess was very welcoming and helpful with fast responses if you needed anything! Perfect spot for a nice getaway and we couldn't have been happier! We'll stay here again and again!!!

Cottage stay

Very cute private cottage. Hostess made us feel like home, very clean small so three people is just right. Rules, directions and recommendations very clear in booklet. Very happy we were able to bring our pet. Definitely be coming back!

Perfect

I love this little house. Has everything you need, totally private with beautiful outside space and a great outdoor shower. Centrally located on the vinyard. Access to lamberts cove, close to long point preserve and the airport. I’ve stayed a lot of nice places on the Vinyard, but this is my favorite!

Third Stay at Vincent Cottage

Great cottage

Great little cottage with all of the necessary amenities. Loved the outdoor shower. The open floor kitchen/living area was good to hang out in and play games. Clean basement with laundry was a bonus.

Sweet Quiet Spot

This home was ideal for me! I was able to enjoy with my small dog and have plenty of room to host my family in the large yard and around the fire pit. The house is in mint condition and the hosts are lovely and attentive to detail. Easy walk to wonderful trails and coves. Will happily stay again

Fantastic stay at Vincent Cottage

This cottage was perfect for myself, my husband and our 12 year old son! Jess and Nick were so attentive and accommodating. The location is exactly where we wanted to be and the cottage has everything you will need! We especially loved the outdoor shower! We will be returning next year!

Tucked away relaxing cottage

Absolutely Great Getway Cottage in Martha’s Vineyard! The Host was wonderful and had a fantastic personalized guide binder to All the things to do and see on the island. Also a lovely note with some delicious ice cream for us as a welcome gift!!! The Cottage is a 10 out of 10!!! We would definitely stay there again!!! Perfect for a couple or small family, like ours, one child Very Clean and adorable!!! Loved It!!!

Peaceful and private

Lovely rental! The rental is right in the middle of the island so you have access to everything the island has to offer within 20 minutes or so. Jess was very accommodating. When i come back to the Vineyard, I will definitely rent this cottage again.
