Charming Vineyard Haven Retreat, Walk to Downtown & Beaches:
Experience a relaxing getaway in this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, perfectly located just a short walk from downtown Vineyard Haven and Owen Little Way Beach. Tashmoo Beach is only a quick one-mile bike ride away, making this an ideal retreat for a small family or two couples.
Comfortable & Thoughtfully Designed Interior:
This two-level home features both bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom is equal in size, one offers a California king bed, while the other has a queen bed and a twin. Pillow-top mattresses and ample closet space ensure a comfortable stay. The home's expanded bedroom windows (upgraded in 2017) bring in plenty of natural light, and central air conditioning (installed in 2023) keeps the space cool in the summer.
The main level boasts an open and inviting living area with a brand-new (2024) oversized sofa and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The space is bright and airy, with a 50-inch LED TV (cable/DVD) and high-speed wireless internet. A full bathroom is also located on this floor.
The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped for entertaining, featuring a dining table for eight (new in 2023) and a kitchen counter with three bar stools for casual meals. A large-capacity LG washer and dryer are conveniently located in the entryway, along with plenty of closet storage.
Throughout the home, you'll find golden bamboo hardwood floors and an in-wall Bluetooth speaker system with volume controls in each downstairs room.
Outdoor Living & Beautiful Gardens:
Step outside to enjoy a spacious deck with outdoor seating, a large umbrella for shade, and a dining table for al fresco meals. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, complete with a large rainfall showerhead.
The property features a large horseshoe driveway with ample parking and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden, with flowers blooming throughout the season. An irrigation system keeps everything lush and green. For beach outings, the home includes four beach chairs and a cooler.
Additional Details:
Linens and towels are provided, and beds will be made with fresh linens upon arrival.
Renters are responsible for laundering all linens and towels before departure (a large-capacity washer/dryer is available).

Great place! Lovely clean house, well appointed in a great location. Very comfortable home with a great deck and beautiful landscaping. Walking distance from shops, and easy access to bike path. Would definitely rent again!

We loved this Vineyard Haven property. It was walkable to main street Vineyard Haven and has space for parking. The house was outfit with everything you could need: Wifi, linens, beach towels and chairs. And we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a fun meal while there. Although the road is a little busy during the morning, it's quiet and calm in the evening and we loved sitting on the back porch and reading with the windows open. We look forward to returning.

Property was very cute, clean, comfortable with many upgrades and very central. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely return. Communication with owner could not have been any easier, all questions were answered quickly.

Great place for a vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to downtown (walkable). Comfortable for our family of 5. Our host was really responsive to questions. Would stay here again!

Pretty, Clean & Great Location
We enjoyed our stay in this sweet house, which has lots of charm and character. It is very well-maintained and super clean, and we were very comfortable with the house and the property. Great location, too!

Perfect vineyard haven getaway
Property is centrally located to multiple beaches and swimming spots. A short walk into town, and a beautifully landscaped property. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely spot, convenient to town
Perfect location for access to Main Street while still far enough away from the crowds. Beautiful gardens on premises, and the house is laid out perfectly. Recommended!

Great little house!
A perfect, super cute little property that is very well maintained and has everything one would need, including a great outdoor shower and comfortable little deck. Wonderful location to walk to town and 2 beach spots. I would without question stay here again.

Excellent Accommodations
This was a great experience all around. Beautiful home, great location and wonderful communication with the owner. We would love to stay here again the next time vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard.

Great location near Vineyard Haven
The house is adorable and cozy and an easy walk to downtown Vineyard Haven for shopping, coffee, dinner, and ice cream! our family of three (with our dogs) really enjoyed exploring the island again after being away for 31 years, and this was a great location to start from. The outdoor shower is a must and, enjoy the local fauna!

Very nice house close to Vineyard Haven Main Street. There’s a sidewalk for easy and safe walking to Main Street. Beds were comfortable, showers and bathrooms were nice, AC units were great once you understand how to use them (property owner sends detailed instructions). Would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Beautiful house, fantastic Tashmoo beach nearby - couple min drive by car. Nice host, easy to communicate. We had a great time there.

Wonderful house! Well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is amazing. We loved sitting on the deck at night. We also enjoyed walking into Vineyard Haven. Corey was a great host. We hope to be back soon!!!
