Beautiful 2/4 person flat FEET IN THE WATER of 65m2 with loggia panoramic sea view, on the first floor (with lift) of a luxury building secured (digicode and caretaker) and ideally located.

Not overlooked, this flat has just been completely renovated.
It comprises a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a dressing room, a second sleeping area/office with a fold-out bed for 2 people (140cm), a modern bathroom with shower and towel dryer, a separate individual WC, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, utility room with washing machine and other equipment, large comfortable panoramic lounge with large-screen TV opening onto a loggia with dining table for 4/6 people and relaxation area (recliners and small table).

Direct access to the beach via a private gate in the building and to the promenade des flots bleus linking the famous CAP 3000 shopping centre (voted "World's Best Shopping Centre") and the Port of Saint Laurent du Var with its many shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved the private beach access and usable chairs. Really close to the mall, restaurants outside on the beach, and grocery. We had a lovely stay.

Window in the bedroom was not possible to open. Fresh air could not come in. Kitchen was good and completely equipped. Explanation how to get in the apartment and how to get with the car to the parking place is a desaster. Nobody can understand. The apartment is absolutely quit you can't hear something from the airport which is near by. Restaurant's and supermarket are near by, too.

Good morning, The window in the bedroom works very well, you just need to release the latch to open it. It is a shame you did not ask me, I would have been happy to explain it to you. The explanation how to het in the unit are given 48h/24h before your arrival by text and is very complete. We do have clients since many years now and no communication problem. But I will check again to see what we can improve. Maybe with a video. All the parking place details are on the unit in the booklet. Words cannot express how lovely our stay was. The place is wonderful and convenient for traveling all over the region. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

You are away from the old city Nice, however, there is always Uber or local buses you can take to go around everywhere in this stay. The great thing about it, is that you have private access to the calm beach without the crowd, and walking distance to one of the biggest shopping mall in Nice. Place is really neat, and has great view from the 1st floor to the beach. Everything was great about this place.

Nicely renovated with open space concept and home amenities.Although the host communicated with detail on how to access the property, we did not receive the instruction until late the night before and would have preferred to hear from the host a little sooner. Thank you.

We stayed here for 1 week last week and wanted to leave an honest review...Positives:Great location - 2 minute walk to the CAP3000 shopping centre with a supermarket inside. Same distance to the bus stop for buses directly into Nice & airport. 10 min walk (uphill) to the train station for trains along the coast.Spacious living area for 4.Well equipped - the kitchen was very well equipped for a rental property.Good air con - the apartment was always nice and cool on our return each day.Fantastic views - could look out to the sea and also great for watching the planes coming into land.Negatives:Dirty - unfortunately the towels and bed linen were awful. The bath towels were stained and smelt of damp, definitely did not smell of laundry detergent?! The bedsheets also did not smell or look clean and had not been ironed. The pillowslips for the pull down bed had definitely not been cleaned and had stains all over them.Shower - as another reviewer said the shower did not drain properly and overflowed during our stay. Pull down bed - this was not made so I had to do this when we arrived even though I had clearly booked the apartment for 4. I did not expect to have to make a bed after arriving. The corners of the bed are very sharp and as there isn't much room to walk around it can be unsafe. As mentioned the bedlinen was awful and definitely unclean.Had a nice week but would not stay again and can see from other reviews that cleanliness is definitely an issue.

Fantastic apartment

Great location, great apartment, great host. A few hiccups with the initial check in process, since the owner's English is limited. If you don't know French, make sure to communicate it earlier. Owner's daughter knows English and she got involved and helped us out.

Location paradise

Stayed a week to participate in L’étape du Tour a cycle race on Sunday, location amazing, beach a stone throw away Cap3000 100 yards to the entrance, loads of restaurants close by cycle lane to go to Nice or all the way to Antibes. Could even possibly walk from the airport, only half a mile away at most. Only possible down side is mosquitoes, take precautions, however many you kill there always seemed to be two or three in the flat, even with the air con on.

Ideal location

A lovely property, right on the esplanade. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Two minutes walk to large shopping mall. Perfectly positioned with bus and train close by. Great communication from owner. Only negative was a strange smell in the property but owner is aware and is investigating. I would definitely recommend it and I will return.

Lovely position next to CAP 3000 and a lovely run of beach front restaurants and bars. Host kindly let us check in early which was brilliant as we arrived mid morning. Trains to Nice and Cannes frequent - station 10 mins walk away. Bus stop very close too.

Very disappointing apartment, described as magnificent sea view accommodation, upon arrival we found the electric sun blind was not working and was in the “down” position, no sea view whatsoever!! The general state of the apartment was poor, floors dirty, broken handles on doors, fitted sheets too small for mattresses, needs work and definitely over priced for condition. Would not recommend.

Bonsoir, Nous sommes étonnés de votre commentaire très négatif sur le site alors que vous ne nous avez rien signalé de tout le séjour et lorsque nous avons repris contact avec vous pour organiser le départ vous nous avez simplement répondu que vous aviez (je cite) "passer une très belle semaine, cependant vous étiez déçu car une poignée était cassée et le store soleil était coincé en position ouvert ce qui vous a obstrué la vue". Nous sommes désolés que vous vous soyez manifestés tardivement car nous aurions pu intervenir sans délai pour remonter le store et réparer la poignée cassée. En effet aujourd’hui mardi, soit le lendemain de votre départ cela a été rectifié dans la journée pour l’arrivée des nouveaux locataires ce jour même . Il semblerait même que le store n’était pas descendu lors du passage du service ménage le jour même de votre arrivée le 15 avec un départ des locataires précédents le 14 ( ces derniers n’ont rien signalé), que la poignée n'était pas cassée et si vous nous l’aviez signifié dès votre arrivée cela aurait été également répare ainsi qu’une reprise du ménage éventuel si nécessaire. Concernant le drap trop petit , nous aurions pu également vous indiquer d’en prendre un autre dans le stock sur place . Nous restons toujours disponibles pour nos clients et nous essayons dans la mesure du possible leur apporter satisfaction comme le prouvent tous les commentaires ci dessous. Die Wohnung ist groß, gut geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist allerdings nur eine winzige Kammer und liegt ohne eigenes Fenster in der Mitte. Die beschriebene Loggia gibt es nicht. Die großen Fenster zum Strand hin konnten abends wegen des fehlenden Insektenschutzes leider auch nicht geöffnet werden. Abends und nachts störender Fluglärm und relativ viel Verkehr auf der Nordseite. Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind katastrophal; die Bilder sprechen für sich. Außer Dreck und Resten von Vormietern grunsätzlich alter Schmutz und unhygienisch. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Am Strand direkt vor der Wohnung war das Baden jedoch wegen Verunreinigungen aus einer Kläranlage verboten (bereits seit 2020). Warum wid das in keiner Beschreibung erwähnt? Der Badebereich ist u.a. wegen einer nahen Surfschule sehr eingeschränkt und flach. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Nizza und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wegen der genannten Mängel und Einschränkungen jedoch deutlich überteuert.

EMPLACEMENT GENIAL

Logement bien situé et correspondant au descriptif et accès direct à la plage.Génial pour la place de parking privé et tout peut se faire en transport en commun. Seul un petit bémol, le ménage reste à revoir.

Superbe appartement emplacement idéal

L’appartement est superbe et très bien équipé . Il est situé à côté du cap3000 , à portée de tous les commerces et en bord de mer. Le bus au pied de l’immeuble permet de rejoindre Nice facilement . Le plus : voir les avions atterrir depuis la fenêtre du salon, sans que le bruit ne soit dérangeant du tout .

Vue magnifique sur le sunset

Emplacement très citadin, côté nord me coucher de soleil et vue sur la mer le matin une fois dans l’appartement incroyable. L’appartement est très plaisant à vivre. Vacances d’hiver lieu idéal.

Tutto perfetto

Sogggiorno perfetto. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario per passare giorni sereni e con tutte le comodità. Cucina attrezzatissima, bagno grande, lavatrice comoda e silenziosa. Ampio soggiorno con comodo divano e tavolo da pranzo con affaccio sul mare. Parcheggio riservato. A 100 mt da Cap3000. Spiaggia raggiungibile dal passaggio riservato. Mare con fondale adatto ai bimbi con lungomare molto bello con molti ristoranti e locali. Proprietaria molto gentile, affabile e sempre presente. Esperienza eccellente.
