Specialty landscaping using steel, iron and stone, enhance the natural beauty of the terrain. An exquisite gabion wall with majestic staircase and Edison lighting graces the front of the Amenity Barn and natural stone paths and exterior lighting make the property easy to navigate.

My husband Peter and I fell in love with this property when we came across it while visiting a new winery across the street. Perched up on a 1000 foot ridge, It has gorgeous 360 degree panoramic views from every part of the property. We have spent the last three years lovingly remodeling, expanding, building and landscaping the property with lots of hard work and help from our two sons and many talented contractors and craftsmen.

This property has some of the best views in the Hill Country. The Oak trees are massive and plentiful and the natural rock walls and terrain are spectacular. It's located just steps from the Pedernales River and the famous Hamilton Pool Preserve Grotto. You won't find a more beautiful, peaceful place to relax and unwind, yet is close to everything you want or need.
