BOOK 6 NIGHTS AND THE 7TH NIGHT IS FREE! A very cozy home away from home. Recently updated with a very fresh new feel. In walking distance to the gym, Indoor tennis court, pool and hot tub. Also enjoy the large screened in porch. Also enjoy the amenities of margaritavile. 1.5 miles away! Bowling, horseback riding, mini golf, and much more. Very close to many great golf courses! Perfect for a Girls Weekend Away

The condo was the perfect size, had everything we needed as far as utensils, plates, flatware, blender, etc. The screened in deck was our favorite part of the condo. We spent most of our time there when we were on property. Unfortunately, due to weather circumstances, we were unable to use the extra amenities the complex provides but they looked really nice. Highly recommend.

Great location

Condo was clean and comfortable. There are 3 flights of steps going down to get to condo, just so you are aware. Complex has very nice amenities.

Spring break family trip

Keith is a great host. The property is in excellent condition. We love how easy it is to just show up to the area and have a fully stocked house for my family of 6 to have plenty of space. Really enjoy the screened in porch. The kids got a lot of use out of the pool, basketball court and tennis/pickleball courts.

Very clean and welcoming condo. Well stocked kitchen. Wifi and Cable. Very comfortable and in great location. Went down for the Shootout (very busy weekend) and the place was still quit considering it was packed! thanks again!

Amazing Stay!

I would highly recommend this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was very spacious and we loved the three bedrooms with bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The complex was very nice and the kids enjoyed swimming both in the lake and the swimming pools. We look forward to our return visit!

Great place!

The condo is very clean and very nicely decorated! Master bedroom bed is extremely comfortable! Nicely located in between the lake and the pool. Would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Repeat End of the Year Trip

This is the second time we stayed at this rental and love it! Has everything our group needs to unwind after the holidays. Owner is easy to communicate with and it was a nice bonus 2 bathrooms had been updated. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great place

Beautiful place with lots of room! All the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Only thing that was a slight disappointment is no pool table in the community building as shown in photos. It's now a point pong table with no no balls. But overall would highly recommend staying here.

Fall break

We just can’t say enough about this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. The way the unit is set up with three bedrooms and bathrooms completely separated from one another… One in the far right of the unit, one in the far left of the unit and one in the back of the unit made for privacy and quiet while in the unit. The family room and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The floor plan just worked out fantastically. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, bakeware, pots and pans and skillets as well as kitchen utensils. The bathrooms all had plenty of nice towels. All the beds and TV’s were top of the line. The property has a great indoor pool and hot tub and indoor tennis courts that we took advantage of during our rainy cold visit. We brought our boat and launched at the ramp and rented the owners boat slip…nothing but praise for this as well. The owner Keith was great to work with. He communicated clearly and responded immediately to all of our questions. If there was a way to give this property 10 stars we would definitely do that. Thanks Keith for making our fall break spectacular!!

Nice house, no view, lots of steps

The indoor pool was closed which was very disappointing to the kids. Also brought my 92 yr old gma and there were multiple flights of stairs. And no handicap parking spots available.

Relaxing times

It was a cute place to be at, it was quiet in the neighborhood area. We enjoyed 4 nights and 5 days with the cost being reasonable too. We were at a walking distance to the pool area which we mainly went to and relaxed outside in a screen in porch area playing card games with kids. Definitely a great place to go to and relax if you need to get away from a busy life.
