This is a great home centrally located to everywhere you want to be in North Conway. Walk to North Conway Town Shops for shopping, coffee or a meal or walk to Cranmore Mountain for fireworks or skiing. Our home has 5 spacious bedrooms, a large living room with picture windows looking out to White Horse Ledge, a dining room with a gas stove and a large kitchen with new appliances and plenty of seating. There is a fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the deck. It is a truly wonderful cozy home that is great for a large family or group! We have everything you need.... just bring your bags!

Our home is a 3 minute walk from the town shopping and restaurants. THE perfect location! Find yourself in a very comforting living room sitting by the fireplace, with huge windows that look out to the mountains. Have a beautiful dinner with friends and family in the large dining room. Cook dinner or make breakfast in a large kitchen that has ample appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans etc. Have a great night sleep in comfy cozy bedrooms. You will truly feel at home because this house has a great vibe!

We love this neighborhood because it's the perfect location! A few minutes away you have the town so you will have access to amazing food/restaurants, great shopping, lots of cute stores that are very representative of New Hampshire. We are also very close to Cranmore Mountain which offers lots of fun activities including tubing, giant swing, mountain coaster (so much fun) and of course skiing and more.... If you like farm fresh food, drive 15 minutes to Sherman Farms and find a variety of items. Their market is open year round. With their wide range of products, you can make delicious meals using New England sourced ingredients. They offer other fun activities not just great locally grown food.

More fun things to do close by include great hiking trails, waterfalls, bike paths, and so much more! There is a little something for everyone!

Hiking , golf, great location

House was great for 4 guys, own beds and baths Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds and sofas.nice deck and hot tub. Short walk to town . Game room awesome. Easy communication with Kerri

Great home for a large group or family!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my dads 70th this past weekend. Rebecca was a wonderful host. Great communication and quick to respond. The house was perfect for our family. We had small children(2-10) and adults, the house was perfect for all ages. Added bonus of the game room kept the kids and adults entertained, while the hot tub was a nice treat for post skiing. The house manager Elizabeth was quick to respond and very nice. Open floor plan was ideal for our group. Very spacious and cozy. I would recommended this house to anyone looking to getaway. Quick walk to downtown and short drive to cranmore(3 minutes) Excellent rental!

NH/Saco River Trip

This house was a perfect place for our group to stay. Rebecca and the house manager were very accommodating. The kitchen/living space was great for entertaining guests and the bedrooms/entire house was very spacious. We spent Saturday on the Saco River and it was a quick 10 minute ride to the shuttle. Also walkable distance or a 5-10 minute drive to many restaurants in the area. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend a weekend in North Conway!

We’ll be back!!

Rented this house with a few of my highschool friends and their families for a weekend getaway (kids were ages 6-17). Perfect location. House was clean as a whistle. Some debris had gotten in the hot tub before we were able to check in and maintenance was there to vacuum within 30 mins of our call to the owner. She was super responsive and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. I highly suggest this gem just a few minutes walk from downtown and a 15 min ride to the river

Great stay

Except for alittle disappointing experience with the hot tub which was resolved quickly our stay here was great.

Thank you for opening up your house to us! We loved it!!

Wanted to say thank you to Rebecca for opening up her house for us (especially last minute as we were in a bind). Her house was more than we could have ever imagined. Very clean and modern. All 5 bedrooms were big. The hot tub was hot, the game room was great, and the common areas were nice and open. We stayed for superbowl weekend and the big TV was a nice way to watch the game. Will absolutely stay here again!!
