Great house close to everything!

When getting to the house I felt like it was in a nice, safe, middle income neighborhood and close to just about anything you could need. Entry into the house was easy with the instructions I was given and there was plenty of off street parking. We only had 1 vehicle but you could easily fit 2 vehicles, possibly 3. The house was nicely updated, clean and as described. The rooms all had closets with hangers and under bed drawers for storage. The house was equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths and enough toilet paper and paper towels so that we didn’t have to go purchase any while we were there. The listing stated 2 full baths but it was actually a Jack and Jill situation with a nice large shower between the two, which wasn’t an issue for us. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. The outside space was nice we just didn’t have the time to enjoy it. Loved the large kitchen and giant island, we spent quite a bit of time there. The washer and dryer in the garage worked great. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely book this house again if we come back to the area.

Could Not Have Been In A Better Location to AT&T!

Very Clean and well maintained. Small but well laid out to maximize efficiency, Large Backyard. 5-minute walk to AT&T and many other attractions. Parking is so expensive at these venues, so it is definitely a plus! We would definitely stay again.

Short Stay

Property was in a great location. Easy commute to airport and amenities. House was clean and supplies were appreciated. Will stay again if need arises in the area.

Quick trip to TX for the State Fair of Texas!

The house was really nice and updated. I was really impressed with the stocked supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.). The bathrooms were more 1.5 bath baths than 2 full. Overall nice house, would rent again if in the area.

AT&T Stadium

The house was great. There is a really nice outdoor area to sit. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was big and there was a TV in every room. Was within walking distance to AT&T stadium. The owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. Would highly recommend staying there!

Arlington stay

Perfect location situated between Dallas & Fort Worth. Easy walking distance to AT&T & Globe Life park. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking & serving meals. Limited seating & some of the bar stools need to be replaced. Comfortable stay for 6 adults.

Clean & Convenient

The property was clean. It was just as described and convenient to all the venues in the area! We were there for a concert at AT&T stadium and were able to walk.

The best host!!!

Mitchell was very accommodating from check in to check out, his communication with you is on point! But I CAN NOT brag enough about his willingness to go out of his way for you! I accidentally left my engagement ring and didn’t realize until I got home (5 hours away) in a complete panic- Mitchell went to search the house himself and mailed me my ring back!! When I tell you he’s amazing, I mean it! The property is a short 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium, football stadium is even closer. You won’t be disappointed

Fellas Cigar Trip

Great location. Walking distance to AT&T stadium and Globe Life Field as well numerous restaurants. Centrally located to see both Dallas and Fort Worth. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, lovely house with a private/relaxing backyard.

The Perfect Place for our Family

We were in town for an awareness walk and our party included 2 grandparents and a family of 4 (4 year old and a baby + 2 parents). This house was just perfect for our needs. The family room and breakfast room were separated enough so that the folks visiting at the kitchen island weren't distracted by the tv watchers in the living room. We utilized the Keurig, but didn't do any real cooking this trip. The location is great, just a few blocks south of I-30 and an easy walk to Cowboy stadium if that's your destination. I would recommend this host and home and we will look for its availability if we're in Arlington again. Thanks Mitchell!
