This little paradise is only 3.8 miles from Palm Beach International Equestrian Center - WEF and close to Polo Club and within walking distance to Wellington town center where you can enjoy free concerts at the amphitheater, it is close to shops, restaurants and just a couple miles from Wellington Green Mall. The place is also good for business and if you have a 4 leg best friend, this is the place to be.. Huge backyard!!

Excellent place to stay in Wellington. Close to WEF, Publix, and many restaurants. Clean and quiet accommodations and the perfect size for quick stay. Prompt reposes from host to questions and easy check in process. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. And I would book it again it’s very close to my sons home. The host was very prompt in getting back to me about any concerns I had.

Tidy, quiet space

A nice no frills space in a quiet area for a night or two. Kitchen has the essentials to make a small meal and bathroom is nice and spacious. The host was easily accessible and promptly responded to questions.

The biggest issue for me was the AC. The bedroom stayed somewhat cool, but the living room was unbearably hot and there were no AC controls available. I even messaged the host because I genuinely thought something was wrong, but unfortunately there was no real solution and I just had to deal with it.The host was kind and responsive, but the overall setup was confusing at check in and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night. The unit also had some cleanliness issues including dishes that did not seem fully clean, a dirty oven with poor ventilation, and I unfortunately found a dead roach near my suitcase before leaving.For the price, I personally wish I had just stayed at a hotel instead and ended up checking out a day early.

We stayed in the 1 bed 1 bath apt. Very well accommodating for 2 people even tho a little small. Host was very easy to contact and always answered quickly.

Angela was great and always available for anything we needed. The property is true to the pics posted on line. Confortable, clean and has everything you need for your stay. Close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We will be back soon.

This is a clean apartment in a very convenient location in the heart of wellington. The owner was very accommodating to any needs. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at times.

I was there for WEF. The property is very convenient to everything, gym, grocery store, international show grounds etc. Angela was super responsive and even arranged for me to have the apartment cleaned a couple of times as o was staying for a month. The two ladies that live next door are cute and friendly.

Nice surprise

Before we checked in, the property manager mentioned everything was just updated. Very clean and perfect for our stay. We go to the ithink amphitheater every year for a two day concert. For our limited time there, it was perfect, it was quiet, it was clean! The neighborhood was nice, but also not what we expected when we booked in Wellington. But we had no issues. We would definitely stay again!

A perfect long stay

First I'll talk about the property: I booked this property for about 2 months while I was on a rotation at a hospital nearby so I would leave very early mornings or sometimes late at night. Everything about it was perfect and as a woman alone leaving at odd hours I never felt unsafe. The property location is great, I would even walk to the Publix half a mile away as it was a nice walk or to nearby parks as well. The property itself is clean and cute and has everything you could need for a long or short stay, full size fridge, utensils and cookware, coffee maker, tv, bath products. I even was able to bring my cat who enjoyed watching outside the windows as well. Now to discuss the amazing property owner. I would give the property owner 10 stars alone if I could. She immediately answered when I had issues with the door (user error lol) and was very sweet overall. What put it above and beyond is when I thought I lost my cat. Not only did she help for 2 hours to find him including driving me around the area but she was the one who ended up discovering his hiding spot! It is so clear that she is a caring and attentive host and I am so grateful to have her to help when I did not know anyone nearby. So overall, I would highly recommend as it is a beautiful and safe property and the host is exceptional as well!

Unfortunately we had a last minute family emergency right after we checked in and had to leave immediately because a family member tested positive for COVID-19. We had to quarantine immediately.
