The Studio is very close to WEF and The Polo Club in the heart of Wellington... LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, it is within a Great neighborhood, quiet, clean and safe.

This is the perfect place to stay while enjoying the beautiful equestrian season in Wellington (The equestrian capital of the world)

This is also the perfect place to stay for a business person/couple that works remotely, the internet is fast and reliable and the studio has a comfortable work desk and chair.

Optional cleaning, one time fee $80 upon request.

I'm sorry I forgot to text you when I left I wasn't all the way awake! This place is lovely in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Love the shower head and ample closet space. Plenty of space to unwind

Clean room, air conditioner good and have a driveway space parking. I’m recommending this place it’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. If I needed again I would go there

Love this place. There is a back patio to watch sunsets from, the host helped me check in because I was lost and had no internet connection. Kind, helpful and patient. The shower was great, plenty of space to keep belongings tidy, and there were no toxic chemical cleaners or detergents used. Will definitley be back.

Great neighborhood, quiet..close to stores and restaurants, and International Wellington horse nearby, which is why I picked it. Comfy bed, owners easy to talk to..definitely would come back.

We have stayed here several times and keep returning so that should tell you something! The property is lovely, in a nice neighborhood and very quiet. We drive from Tallahassee a few times a year to visit our son and his family. The rental is perfect for us since our son lives in Wellington just ten minutes away. We just like having our own space and bathroom. Publix is convenient to the property as well as retail shopping and restaurants.

This was are second stay. In the heart of Wellington. Air-conditioning worked great. Need instructions on how to use. Probably was there but men will be men.
