Above the Clouds is a 4 bedroom cabin located within minutes of all the action Pigeon Forge has to offer. Cabin is located less than 4 miles from the Parkway and 5 miles from Dollywood, yet it feels like you're away from it all at the top of this resort community. Unwind after a fun-filled day playing and laughing in the game room or relax on the top deck with a porch swing and hot tub looking over the city lights of Pigeon Forge.

The main level consists of the living area, well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area and one of the master bedrooms and bath. Downstairs you will find 2 additional master bedrooms each with private bath. The downstairs bedrooms are connected with a seating area with a desk for any work/school that may be required. The top floor is where you go to play. Power Putt golf arcade game lets everyone compete at Putt Putt golf without leaving the cabin. Also play on the pool table, 60 game retro arcade and darts. Futon in the loft provides extra sleeping for the kids or kids at heart. This floor also has the other master bedroom with a private fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Step out on the top deck and find the porch swing and hot tub looking over Pigeon Forge.

The resort has easy to navigate roads, a pool (during summer season), playground and a picnic area.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.

- We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Great Cabin & Great Views!

The host was awesome and we had a great time using the cabin, everyone had King beds, the views are incredible and I highly recommend this cabin.

Amazing view

Wonderful chalet with beautiful view of pigeon forge area. Had all amenities needed for comfortable stay, and the game room area was a wonderful bonus for kids of all ages. Nice paved road for easy access and close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved sitting on the decks in the rocking chairs and porch swing, as well as the hot tub, while taking in the beautiful views!

Mountain High to end 2024

Great place to stay! Super Location, complimentary Fireworks Show from the balcony every night at 8:45pm from Dollywood. Roads up and down the mountain are wide and easy to drive on! The cabin was great. Plenty of room and nice furnishings. Would stay here again in the future!

Great property with no complaints! View is amazing and the cabin/community is super convenient to town. I feel confident it’s the best view for the distance to town if that matters to you. Hosts were super attentive and very easy to communicate with!

Annual parent (Mom's) Trip

My husband and I take our mom's every year to Pigeon Forge. We started this tradition 17 years ago after the loss of our dads at different times and unexpectedly. Every year we pick a Cabin around the area for us to spend 10 days with our moms and letting them do whatever they want. This is our second time staying at this Cabin. First time was October 2020 which our mom's let us know they loved the views of the city below. Great experience in 2020 and again this trip. thank you for sharing your cabin with us. Great Mountain Views

Overall a great place to stay. Things within the property could be addressed to make the place better. The following are observations with a few being complaints. For the amount of money spent on cabin rentals these days, especially this one, I feel that a lot of these could be fixed and make the stay feel the $ was all worth it. Limited silverwear for a place that sleeps 10. 8 forks 7 spoons so had to wash utensils quite frequently. Downstairs and main floor bathrooms toilets were hard to flush, flush twice or hold the handle down.Tub on the main floor leaks water under shower door and needs to be caulked. 3rd floor shower floor has a lot of black stains and the tub drips continuously along with the shower. Cracked lampshade on main floor should be fixed. There was crushed candy in my dresser drawer and cigarette butts in driveway and on the swing lying between the slats. Bottom floor has huge screen to possibly a window laying in patio. The floors and rugs weren’t vacuumed very well found dirt, debri and toenail clipping while walking around upon arrival. Stains on carpeted bedroom doesn’t look good. A few of our wash rags were stained with large yellow spots that should be thrown out. The dishwasher works however is extremely loud. Swing on 3rd floor needs wd40 because it squeaks on every swing. Hot tub jets don’t work so wasn’t as relaxing as it could’ve been. Arcade game doesn’t work. Master bedroom fireplace missing a log and just looks like a strip of blue flame.

Familly Weekend

This cabin has all that our family of 10 needed. Very spacious! The sunsets are incredible and the night time view of the city is fantastic! The hosts checked on us during our stay to ensure we were well taken care of. Will definitely stay with them again.

Amazing mountain view Cabin with 4 Master Suites

The view of the smoky mountains is awesome! we could see fireworks and the 3D light show at night. each of the four families has their own suite with own bath. Full deck on every level, with table, chairs, swing, and a hot tub! The kitchen is with tons of cookware, plates, and silverware. The dinning room could sit 9 people. The road to the cabin is a little challenging for ladies. The main floor carpet in the bedroom is old. also, there is a both tub w/o a shower on the main floor. Extra futon in the game room for potentially extra kids. we are happy with the stay. Thank you, Kyle!

Absolutely wonderful!

This house is amazing and was perfect for our trip with family during 4th of July week. We enjoyed watching the Dollywood fireworks and drone show every night from the balcony, including all of the 4th of July fireworks too. The house is spacious and the location is perfect with easy access to everything. The game room was enjoyed by everyone. We had everything we needed and couldn’t have asked for more! This is the perfect house in the perfect location. We are already talking about renting this house again in the future!

Outstanding Trip!

This cabin was perfect for our vacation in Pigeon Forge. Well appointed rooms gave us all space, privacy, and comfort, while the game room and hot tub gave us a fun place to hang out as a family. The location was removed from the hustle and bustle of town, yet was close enough that we had easy access to all the restaurants and entertainment. Every night we had spectacular views of the sunset and mountain ranges in the distance. Conveniently located, we were able to make day trips to Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park, caves, and Dollywood, and still be back in time to enjoy the hot tub in the evening. We had plenty of towels and blankets for everyone, and appreciated all the dishwashing detergent, soaps, shampoos, and laundry detergent set out for us. Would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge while still taking advantage of the beautiful mountains and peace of the country. Thank you!

Great view and responsive hosts!

This cabin has great views and is very spacious. It is also stocked very well. The hot tub on the third level overlooking the valley is worth the money itself. Host communication is fantastic. We had no issues and the whole process was smooth.

The cabin was in a good location near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and downtown Gatlinburg. Other than a small kitchen, the property was exactly what we needed for our family vacation.

Beautiful view!

Location is great - only a few minutes from pigeon forge and Dollywood. The view from the decks can’t be beat! We loved watching the sunset from the hot tub. Our family of four had enough room to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Over New Years Holiday

This rental house is exactly as it’s described. The location is super convenient to Pigeon Forge and all of the surrounding activities. Arrival/departure was simple and the communications with the property managers was very easy and responsive. The rooms are large, the views are gorgeous, and it’s a very comfortable stay. Kids and adults will love the games and hot tub too. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
