A totally private cabin on the farm, upstairs overlooking a beautiful pond. Facing morning sunrises over the trees. Totally quiet, with no traffic on a dead end road. Enjoy your coffee while watching deer pass by daily to feed and refresh them self in the pond. Inside the rustic cabin are 1" thick cedar walls, completely furnished for an amazing and relaxing stay.
We are about a mile from Heartlight.

This was the PERFECT place to stay for R&R. It is BEAUTIFUL and offers everything you need to relax. The property is gorgeous and I was able to detox from life and even caught a few fish! The owners were so sweet and very helpful! I will definately be back.

The perfect relaxing cabin with a view! If you want a clean and relaxing place to stay with old Texas charm you found it here. The owners are so sweet for opening their ranch to people. It’s beautifully manicured and has some amazing bird watching with a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. By far the best place I’ve stayed in Longview for a get away!

Everything was great! It was stress free and so easy to navigate and Cheryl was so responsive to my many questions, she even left the lights on for me since I was arriving after dark.

This cabin is absolutely amazing! Everything you need for a quiet, peaceful and even romantic little getaway. Me and my boyfriend had the best time! We fished, used the paddle boat they had on the property and took it out on the water, it was absolutely perfect! There’s trails that we walked, that was a lot of fun! Cozy and clean! Lots of games to play if you’d like. Just an amazing place! The host Cheryl was very nice and always responded quickly if I had any questions! 10/10 recommend!! Would love to go back if ever in the area again!

Great place to stay. Long or short term. Good amenities and close to town. Cabin is on nice land with fishing and hiking. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area.

Very nice quiet stay

We enjoyed a very quiet and secluded stay. The cabin was clean and cozy and we came away feeling relaxed.

Great stay! We came out to Longview for Dock Diving Regionals with our two small Labradors. We wished we could have spent more time in the cabin and on the trails!

Great location to family and with fun themed artifacts and rustic feel. We stayed an extra night because we just didn’t want to go home!

The cabin was such a beautiful relaxing place to getaway! We spent the holidays there with our pups, and spent the afternoons in Longview with the family! After family time, we came back to the cabin to unwind. This is perfect for anyone looking for serenity and calm. The cabin is on the second floor, which our dogs and us were great with!

Great location near Longview

Both properties at this location are really nice - comfortable, away from the city, yet close enough to enjoy Longview. Cabins have everything you need.

Quick Get Away

We loved our stay! It was everything we were hoping it would be, and we loved learning about the history. Check in and check out was a smooth process. This made for a peaceful get away for a couple nights!

Great Stay! Very Relaxing

Stay was wonderful. As advertised :) Did not need to communicate much with owner but when we did they were quick and very helpful. We will return again :)

Weekend get away

Our family has owned this property for over 100 years, We do not allow hunting as we keep the property as close to nature as possible. 60 Private acres surrounds you here with total privacy. We are a very busy couple and come an go often. Occassionally we have grandkids here which we love.

If you seek calm and quiet. Here it is. Walk the trails, see the deer. No hunting is allowed here, so the deer are everywhere. We have 2 herds that stay real close, you will see them everyday. If you like to fish, we have a catch and release policy, but you will catch plenty of catfish.
