Property is exceptionally clean, updated, organized and in good proximity to local attractions. Beds are very comfortable too. Communication with Caitlin was seamless.

Great 4-season Property for a Family

Great cabin about 2 minutes from Mt. Sunapee resort and state park, as well as several lake towns. Beds are extra comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Soonipi Casa. Hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed what was on the counter to welcome us. The accommodations were very comfortable and updated. So convenient to the Mountain!! 5 minutes. We had a memorable stay and will hope to do it again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and matched the description exactly. Comfortable beds — the mattresses were excellent! Very close to Mount Sunapee.

Cozy stay

Such a cozy home, perfect for a ski weekend. Conveniently located near mount sunapee. Dog friendly which is always a plus and makes life easier. Very clean, and had everything we needed.

Short stay at Sunapee

Spent a couple nights in Sunapee and had a great time. Caitlin was incredibly responsive and the place was exactly as it looked in the photos which was a nice treat! The house was perfect, and the bed was amazing! Thanks for a lovely stay in Sunapee! Dave & Gina

Great location for a Sunapee ski weekend

We came up for a ski weekend at Mt. Sunapee. We were close enough to see the mountain from the driveway. The house was clean and a great place to recover from a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

Snowy Outlook

This house is perfectly situated for a relaxing and comforting stay near Mt. Sunapee! The location couldn't be more ideal, and we had everything we wanted. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway

A lovely space to get away and enjoy Sunapee with our dog. Very clean and all needed kitchen and bath amenities are available onsite. Air conditioning kept the space comfortable with ceiling fans as an option too. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Trip

We just needed an quick overnight somewhere that wouldn't mind our bringing our dog. The home was fresh and well equipped. If you are interested in skiing, it is so convenient to the mountain with good restaurants nearby. We were in and out so we didn't have the opportunity to check out too much in the area, but we were very comfortable there!
