Great place for two of us..Loved the big screened porch. Quiet location. Host was great. Bed very comfortable. Nice having AC which isn't standard in these parts.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It was exceptionally clean, and also very comfortable! We had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in this area.

Very clean and comfortable property. Everything looked new. The only feedback I’d give is adding instructions for operating the ceiling fans to your house welcome manual.

The cottage was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay the area. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the sun porch for resting and reading. The walk to the lake was lovely. We hope to come again soon.

The home is clean and beautiful, air conditioning works great, comfy beds. No laundry. Full kitchen. A great spot!

We had a wonderful girls weekend! The house was perfect. We walked to the lake, had cocktails on the porch and enjoyed the gas woodstove when it got chilly. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals. We can't wait to come back.

We have rented with VRBO for many years, over 20, at least. There are certain things we like and look for rentals that have them. Cleanliness is #1 and we were very pleased here! Second is comfort. We are mid 70s and a comfortable chair after a day of hiking and exploring is our hope. Unfortunately the seating options here were not the best. Functional yes, and enough of them… queen bed was soft and we slept well. Bathroom was clean and small. Tub/ shower width was quite narrow and showerhead a bit low for 6’ man. Kitchen was very well done and we cooked our meals daily. The pots and pans were immaculate and this is not something I see at most rentals. The area was convenient to all the hiking spots we wanted to visit, as well as quaint little shops for picnic foods. The gas fireplace was just so cozy after our days outside observing the beautiful fall foliage. ( never having used a gas fireplace before, it did take time to find the turn on button on the left rear area). We enjoyed our first visit to this beautiful area.

We had a perfect stay at this charming cabin, and enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. It was exactly what our family needed for a quick ski escape. The layout was perfect: convenient mud room, loaded kitchen, great lounge area with a warm stove, and large bedrooms (and kids lived the loft). We were there in the winter so admired the porch from afar. Easy communication and check in. We’ll gladly come back.

Sarah was very responsive to any questions. The cottage is very clean and nicely furnished and seems newly renovated. 10 min to Mount Sunapee and 10min north to another town with more options for restaurants. We only stayed for 2 nights. If it was longer only wish list item would be a washer and dryer. Gas fireplace warms the place up quick. The electric mini split was perfect for steady comfort when not using the gas fireplace.Thanks for sharing your 2nd home.

Nothing compares to new

Cottage is brand new. I was likely one of the very first vacationers using it. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Little hard to find, but once there worked very well for me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our ski trip to Mount Sunapee. The house was spotless, the appliances and kitchenware were all high quality. The beds were comfy. We particularly enjoyed sitting in front of the gas fireplace with a glass of wine after skiing. There is a beautiful 3-season room that we couldn’t enjoy during the winter but it would be lovely if you stay any other time of the year. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. It was very efficient and tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Sunapee! The home is exactly as described. The property was spotless, easy on time remote access with our own personal code. The home has ever essential item you could need. The screened in porch is a real treat as is the gas fireplace. We enjoyed both thoroughly. Our host Sarah was a pleasure to communicate with. We are familiar with the Sunapee area and loved being able to return tot the comforts of this home and venturing out and about, Would definitely stay again!
